中心街から1.5Km位離れてるので、不便。 近くにはCairns病院以外には何もない。 一日目に照明器具の回路がショートしていたため、 暗がりで困った。（翌日の修理で回復）

家族4人（大人２人、中学生、小学生）で利用。 朝6時ごろのチェックインを希望で、前日から予約をいれました。事前に鍵の受け取り方法等、メールで問い合わせすると、すぐに返信をもらえました。（英語です） 鍵とチェックイン方法等はセキュリティＢＯＸに入っており、自分で暗証番号で開けて受け取りました。エレベーターは鍵を使わないと動かず、やり方がわからず、数分間あたふたしてたところ、住民の方？が散歩にいくのに出くわし、方法を教えてもらいました。 部屋は写真のとおりで、きれいでした。（4Ｆ） ロケーションは街から徒歩25分ほど。歩ける距離ですが、夜はタクシーを利用しました。（7ドルほどですが、10ドル払いました） 洗濯機（洗剤１回分あり）は、やり方が分かりづらいですが、なんとか使いました。 プールは8月でも泳げる気温でしたが、時間がなくて使わなかったですが、泳いでいる方もいました。 朝から夕方ごろ、受付にオーナーさんがいました。優しそうな方々でしたが、私の英語力がなく、会話ができなかったことが残念でした。 きれいですし、おすすめのホテルです！

ベッドルーム2つでオーシャンビューのリビングも広く、非常に快適でした。アパートメントなのでホテルのようなサービスはありませんが、コストパフォーマンスは素晴らしいと思います。

Great sea view. Quite far from the city area, but there's a bus from Lake st. going to Cairns Central (Shopping Center/Train Station). There's a cafe at the entrance of the hospital, a tavern which is about 3min walk, and an Indian restaurant and some other restaurants on Sherbrooke st.(Captain Cook highway?)

とても広く海の景色が広がり最高でした。リビングやキッチンも広く良かったです。が主寝室にクーラーがなく夜暑かった。町まで少し遠い、 レンタカーを使いました。

たった二日の滞在でちょっともったいなかったです。スタッフの皆様もとても対応がよくて気持ちがよかったです。

初めてのオーストラリア旅行で、しかも個人旅行だったので、 不安がいっぱいだったのですが、 １８１ジエスプラネードに泊まって、本当に良かったです。 日本語を話せる方はいなくて、市内からは少し離れていましたが、 そんな事は気にならないぐらい、 親身になって対処、相談にも乗って下さり、 とても良いスタッフさんでした。

設備も完備しておりスタッフも親切ですが、施設利用の案内が無く少し戸惑う事がありました。 ブラインドやカーテンも少し痛んでおり、遮光が不十分なのが残念でした。 以外は問題なく、明るい部屋で大変気持ちよく過ごせました。 浴室の湯量と温度も申し分なく、日本人向きでお勧めです。

The size of the 2-bedroom unit was fantastic. The location was perfect and at the quieter end of the Esplanade with an easy flat walk to the centre and markets. The addition of a first-class restaurant next door was a real plus, and they opened for coffee at 7 am. Would definitely stay here again.

Room needed maintenance. We brought up several things and lady on Saturday came and looked at what she could straight away. Was very helpful.

This place is great! As other reviews stated, the inside has 1980s Miami vibes but we loved it! It wasn’t the cleanest place I’ve stayed, there was a dirty towel and qtip sticking out from the bed when we checked in and because the accessories are dated it just doesn’t feel super clean. All that said, this place is perfect if you’re looking for a place for your family to stay while you’re out seeing the sights all day. Great views, places to play games and hang out, laundry, and amazing location! We are at Muddy’s a lot and the food was incredible! I would definitely stay here again!

This was a short 2 night stay in Cairns prior to heading home. The property was conveniently close to Cairns airport, and was a high rise apartment block appearing to be generally permanent residents, with a few rooms available for short term rental. The room itself was well equipped and everything was clean and comfortable. Whilst the room was a little dated in decor, all of the equipment was new and clean. Secure underground parking was also included. Certainly I would stay here again.

Stayed in 2 bedroom ocean view apartment on 3rd floor. While slightly dated still excellent and would highly recommend, clean and very generous amount of space throughout. Great location, 15 minute walk along the Esplanade to the marina terminal. Restaurant next door was fantastic also.

Very accommodating- early check in, late check out

Property is a 30 minute walk to city centre. Nothing near hotel. Also, reception desk is only open until 12:00 on Sundays but check isn’t allowed until 2:00. They were supposed to send me check in instructions but didn’t even after I sent an email from the airport. When I showed up at11:30 I couldn’t get onto the property because the address is on a street with a locked gate. Go somewhere else. Terrible location and worse service and poorly maintained property.

This properly was clean and neat. The 2 bedroom is a large unit with a large kitchen and sitting area. I do recommend getting some more AC in the bedrooms, but the living area was comfortable.

The place is nice and pleasant with a nice esplanade. Wonderful view. But now fir the price we have paid thats nit enough. I stay for 1 week. The furniture are old Nobody come to change for towels or change the sheet of the bed. If it's only to pay for 1 week in advance and after the Tartare Desert with nobody... better to go to the hotel for the same price. Very desapointed.
