立地場所が非常に良く、どこへ行くにも便利でした。 スタッフも教育が行き届いており、気持ちよく過ごせました。 ただwifiが弱く、結局は繋げずにesimでインターネットは利用しました。

空港から地下鉄での便利が良く、坂道をコロコロする事も少なく楽だった。朝食の種類が多く、とても素晴らしい。 泊まった日に誕生日を迎え、ホテルのレストランで夕食を予約した。食事が終わると、スタッフの方が、ろうそくの灯ったケーキを持ってきてくださり、レストランにおられた皆さんからもお誕生日を歌で祝っていただきました。とても嬉しいサプライズ❣️ありがとうございました😊

部屋のセーフティボックスが壊れて使えなかったが、すぐに対応してくれた。スタッフは皆、とても親切で、滞在は快適だった。

チェックイン、アウトとも親切でフレンドリーな対応です。朝食、バーは利用する予定はなかったですが居心地よくつい利用してしまいました。立地もよいため観光に便利です。

スタッフが親切で明るい。トラブル対応にも親身に対応して頂きました。朝食も素晴らしく、スパークリングワインがついており、さらに美味しく頂くことができました。最後の日は早朝出発のため、ボックスの朝食を用意して頂き助かりました。部屋も広く清潔でとても素晴らしかったです。

部屋が広くとても清潔で明るかったです。水圧も水温も非常によく快適に過ごせました。また、スタッフの皆様がとても親切でよかったです。

Great location. In the old area of Porto but still accessible for taxis. Right near the train station, and the Douro River is a 10 minute walk away. Huge bed! Great shower. Quiet. Fantastic breakfast

We loved the location of the PortoBay Teatro. Very close to the Bolhao Market and to a grocery store. Walkable to so many attractions. We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel every morning, and really enjoyed the two meals we had at the adjoining Il Basilico restaurant. All the staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming before, and during our stay. We were guests of the hotel for 6 nights and loved the entire stay!

Central location, helpful staff, comfortable room.

Great location, convenient to restaurants and sites- A long walk to River, however. Restaurant staff and food in Italian Restaurant excellent. Room was quiet. I found the breakfast Buffett to be nothing d as special. Pastries and coffee were fine, the eggs not so much.
