空港から地下鉄での便利が良く、坂道をコロコロする事も少なく楽だった。朝食の種類が多く、とても素晴らしい。 泊まった日に誕生日を迎え、ホテルのレストランで夕食を予約した。食事が終わると、スタッフの方が、ろうそくの灯ったケーキを持ってきてくださり、レストランにおられた皆さんからもお誕生日を歌で祝っていただきました。とても嬉しいサプライズ❣️ありがとうございました😊

部屋のセーフティボックスが壊れて使えなかったが、すぐに対応してくれた。スタッフは皆、とても親切で、滞在は快適だった。

チェックイン、アウトとも親切でフレンドリーな対応です。朝食、バーは利用する予定はなかったですが居心地よくつい利用してしまいました。立地もよいため観光に便利です。

スタッフが親切で明るい。トラブル対応にも親身に対応して頂きました。朝食も素晴らしく、スパークリングワインがついており、さらに美味しく頂くことができました。最後の日は早朝出発のため、ボックスの朝食を用意して頂き助かりました。部屋も広く清潔でとても素晴らしかったです。

部屋が広くとても清潔で明るかったです。水圧も水温も非常によく快適に過ごせました。また、スタッフの皆様がとても親切でよかったです。

The lobby and restaurant were both lovely. The room was worn and needed some attention. Stains on the carpet - mildew in the shower. Very friendly staff.

We had nothing but an exceptional experience at PortoBay Teatro Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a suite. It was such a thoughtful touch that immediately set the tone for our stay. The suite was incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and the bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve had while traveling. Housekeeping was impeccable; coming back each day to a perfectly clean, fresh room after exploring Porto made all the difference. The staff truly stood out, consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful, always ready with a smile or a recommendation. The bar deserves a special mention as well, as their Porto tonic was perfectly refreshing and quickly became a favorite. Breakfast each morning was a highlight, with a generous and well-curated buffet that catered to every craving. Every detail felt thoughtfully done, and every interaction made us feel well taken care of. Thank you to the entire team at PortoBay Teatro for making our stay so memorable. We felt truly pampered and would absolutely love to return.

Outstanding hotel with spacious rooms and excellent amenities. Right in the center of the old city, many restaurants and cafes close by. Highly recommend !

The rooms were small & provided very little space to put your belongings.

The breakfast buffet was outstanding and so delicious! Many of our friends enjoyed a nice dinner at the hotel restaurant as well.

We loved our stay at PortoBay Teatro. The location is just perfect for discovering Porto. It is a 3 minute walk from the iconic Sao Bento train station, and you can walk to all major attractions within 10 to 15 minutes. There is excellent public transport but Porto is a city to experience on foot. Our room was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a decent selection- I really loved the coffee. We also ate in the restaurant Basilica- the food there is stunning. Staff at PortoBay Teatro are very helpful and for any first time visitor to Porto this is a perfect place to base yourself.

We recently spent 4 nights at the PortoBay Teatro. The hotel is ideally situated in the heart of Porto, an easy 10 minute walk from Trinidad metro station and a few minutes from São Bento train station. Check in was easy and the staff polite and informative, our room was very clean with everything you need for a short stay, a comfortable bed, complimentary water daily and tea/coffee making facilities in the room. As with other reviews the bathroom arrangement might not suite everyone’s taste, there is no door separating it from the bedroom area, but there are separate (glass)doors for the toilet and shower. Breakfast was exceptional, the quality of the food excellent with a wide range of cooked and continental choices, cereal and pastries. We didn’t use the onsite restaurant by it seemed to be popular. Overall, a great hotel, we would stay there again if we return to Porto.
