立地場所が非常に良く、どこへ行くにも便利でした。 スタッフも教育が行き届いており、気持ちよく過ごせました。 ただwifiが弱く、結局は繋げずにesimでインターネットは利用しました。

空港から地下鉄での便利が良く、坂道をコロコロする事も少なく楽だった。朝食の種類が多く、とても素晴らしい。 泊まった日に誕生日を迎え、ホテルのレストランで夕食を予約した。食事が終わると、スタッフの方が、ろうそくの灯ったケーキを持ってきてくださり、レストランにおられた皆さんからもお誕生日を歌で祝っていただきました。とても嬉しいサプライズ❣️ありがとうございました😊

部屋のセーフティボックスが壊れて使えなかったが、すぐに対応してくれた。スタッフは皆、とても親切で、滞在は快適だった。

チェックイン、アウトとも親切でフレンドリーな対応です。朝食、バーは利用する予定はなかったですが居心地よくつい利用してしまいました。立地もよいため観光に便利です。

スタッフが親切で明るい。トラブル対応にも親身に対応して頂きました。朝食も素晴らしく、スパークリングワインがついており、さらに美味しく頂くことができました。最後の日は早朝出発のため、ボックスの朝食を用意して頂き助かりました。部屋も広く清潔でとても素晴らしかったです。

部屋が広くとても清潔で明るかったです。水圧も水温も非常によく快適に過ごせました。また、スタッフの皆様がとても親切でよかったです。

Excellent location in the historic centre of Porto. Close to train and metro station. Staff helpful. Large well appointed room. Shower great and towels changed daily and sheets changed when requested. No street noise and air con worked well. Range of English speaking tv programmes. Kettle and coffee machine provided. An extra nice touch was the daily supply of bottled water. Would highly recommend this hotel

Excellent location and value for money.

L’hôtel est très bien situé, il y a 2 arrêt de métro à proximité et beaucoup de choses à visiter aux alentours. La chambre était grande, propre et bien aménagé. Le plus de l’hôtel c’est le restaurant on l’a testé 2 fois les plats et les desserts sont très bons.

Great location to all things to do in Porto. Staff was nice, attentive, and helpful. Breakfast was good with a variety of eggs, bacon, sausages, pastries, fresh fruit and much more. Room was spacious and hotel is updated. Comfortable bed. Only issue was toilet leaked from the bottom creating a pool of water on the floor, but only on day one of a three night stay. I would definitely stay here again. Location was perfect!!

Great location round the corner from Sao Bento station. Good breakfast choices and lovely helpful staff. Bedrooms quite dark but great power shower.

So when we initially got our room, it did smell of sewage, however, when I brought it up to the staff, they promptly switch our room to a bigger one. After that, everything was smooth sailing from there. I will say that is prime location in Porto. It is around pretty much everything.

The location was absolutely perfect. The amenities and the hotel was beautiful. The only trouble we had was with our refrigerator, in which the situation was finally resolved, but only on our last day. Would’ve been helpful to have cold beverages available for the previous four days. But the staff was exemplary and trying to resolve it immediately… I just took a couple of tries.
