大変便利なエリアでどこえ行くにも都合がよかった　料金に対しては最高でした是非おすすめします

3泊のうち最初の晩は近くの4つ星ホテルに連れて行って頂きました。他のレビュー通り、4つ星の滞在税を払いました。でも今思えばやはり4つ星はよかった。 こちらの客室に案内され、まず感じたのは半乾きのモップで拭いたと思われる雑巾臭さでした。窓の外は汚いビル裏で手袋や靴下が落ちていました。ベッドは簡易ベッドのようなものをふたつ繋げてシーツを敷いたもの。バスルームの床も汚くて、ビーチサンダルを持ってくれば良かった、と思いました。 朝食は美味しかったし運河沿い、中心部にありながら細い路地の裏に入り口があるので素敵です。友達との貧乏旅行なら問題なし。ロマンティックな旅なら4つ星以上をお勧めします。

家内と小学生の娘と３人で宿泊しました。同名の教会から少し離れたところ（橋を渡って一つ目の小道を右）にあるので見つけにくかった以外は満足しています。ヨーロッパらしい風情の部屋には大きなガラス製シャンデリアがあり、窓からは小運河が見下ろせ、たくさんのゴンドラが行き来をしていて、娘は「見ていて飽きない」と身を乗り出してみていました。時折歌も聞こえ、ベニスらしさを満喫しました。ホテルお勧めの乗り場からゴンドラに乗った際、我々の泊まった部屋の下を通ったことも楽しい思い出になりました。

Location is great. The reception staff were not friendly or helpful. On arrival it was not a warm inviting welcome, just given the room key and a slip of paper with WiFi a. No verbal information of breakfast. Times. The staff on there changed daily, all but one were not good at being friendly or welcoming. The room was ok, basic budget room, so I guess you get what you pay for. I think this place is feared up for the spring and summer, winter breaks, maybe not so much.To the point we felt like an inconvenience.

A localização era excelente. 400 m da Estação San Marco e 700 da Estação Rialto. Único problema pode ser o banheiro que é bem apertado e pode prejudicar os a utilização de idosos.

very good location

We had the balcony room & the view was lovely. The beds were very comfortable (even the lounge bed for the 3rd person was quite comfortable). The included breakfast was a nice bonus. Especially for the price, we were quite pleased.

Old, outdated , noisy, but good breakfast

I really loved my stay here. Staying here felt like I was in a movie. It’s not everyday you get to stay in a 17th century Villa. I was lucky enough to stay in a room with a balcony and it was magical.

Excelente muy bueno

This was my second stay in this hotel. The location is great. You can walk easily to major landmarks or even take a water taxi from right outside the hotel door. It's typical of a Venetian hotel - quaint with no lift, but staff will help with luggage (thankfully). The breakfast is in a courtyard at the back of the building and are self service, basic but just what you need for the day ahead of walking. If I come back to Venice, I'll probably stay here.

Property needs some TLC. There is a repulsive smell throughout the hallways of the hotel it was actually very bothersome especially going to breakfast when you have an appetite. The breakfast is very basic, not much options and don’t expect any table service. The coffee is terrible which is a disgrace for being in Italy. Will not ever come back and will definitely not recommend this hotel.

Fantastic hotel in the tourist heart of Venice. Great views of the canals and generously sized rooms. Breakfast included and was a great spread. Good air conditioning and mini bar available. Close to the heart of S Marco but far enough out of the way to avoid crowds and noise.

Excellent location with balcony view right on the canal. Easy access to all landmarks and shops.

We stayed in a room with balcony view, I requested one of the rooms that had a better view and a specific room, unfortunately this request wasn’t looked into as I had no feedback on it. Was a good stay overall, very Venetian style, but very dated and old looking. Breakfast was good, it was a bonus since food there is not cheap especially with a family. You need to leave your keys back at the reception when going out daily which was a little inconvenient. Convenient location with most things in reach.

Our room was amazing. Large, clean comfortable with non-stop free entertainment from our balcony overlooking the canal.

Good location, close to everything we wanted to see. Breakfast was very good, pastries were fantastic! Service was also very good, everyone was helpful.
