- close from both train station and center of the town, therefore very convenient - staff are very kind and always helpful for troubles from small to big. Though my French was poor, we could communicate in English most of the time - we were in two-bedroom type (+ one sofa bed): each bed room was a bit tight, yet overall including living/dining space & bath rooms are in good size enough for 6 people (all adults) - just outside the hotel, there was a laundry (open 7am -22pm) very convenient for long stay with mountain activities; and a delicious bakery good for breakfast with fresh baguette/croissant every morning!

It was Convenient from train station, just a short walk away. It was close to shopping, restaurants, and the Luge Alpine coaster, which my kids loved. The indoor pool was great as was having a kitchen to prepare meals. I especially loved the Mr. Coffee maker! It was a great stay! Chamonix is amazing!

The room is very small. Although there're two rooms and one sofa bed, it's very crowded to fit in 6 people even though two are kids. There's one one small soap provided for both shower and shampoo purposes and for 6 people stay for 3 nights..Again, only one toilet roll was provided without spare. No fan / air conditioning during heat wave. The pool is small. You pay what you get may be.

The hotel was on the outskirts of Chamonix. Very quiet area but next to railway station. View from room was outstanding. Clean room with many facilities and the fastest lift I have ever experienced. Would definitely stay here again.

Appartement fonctionnel et bien équipé, avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. L’emplacement est également un vrai point positif. Cependant, nous avions une vue sur un talus, ce qui rend l’appartement assez sombre. Situé en rez-de-chaussée, il manque clairement de luminosité. Autre point à améliorer : la température de la piscine, qui était beaucoup trop fraîche pour en profiter pleinement. Dans l’ensemble, un logement correct et bien placé, mais avec quelques points à revoir pour un meilleur confort.

We had great mountain views and very convenient location to the centre and ski shuttles.

We stayed 7 days at the hotel. Its nice hotel and rooms, a little outdated and needs renovation.Also no cleaning services and bathroom shampoo included, will be great if once or 2 times a week rooms will be cleaned. Otherwise everything was good enough, close to the center and shopping area,as well to the slopes. Recommended.

We stayed 3 nights here after reading reviews about how good the location was and was such good value for money. All self catering apartments in chalet style. Minutes walk from town the train centre bus stops and attractions. We checked in and out outside of reception hours and was super simple. Very warm and toasty after a day in the cold. Would definitely recommend.

The location is really good and close to all amenities. The receptionist are really helpful. The apartment is a liitle bit outdates and dark but overall comfortable.

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable à La Ginabelle. L’emplacement de cet établissement est excellent, offrant un accès facile aux attractions locales et un cadre idéal pour découvrir Chamonix. Ayant déjà séjourné ici dans le passé, nous avons remarqué que la propreté, bien que correcte, était légèrement en deçà par rapport à nos visites précédentes. De plus, le canapé pourrait bénéficier d’une amélioration en termes de confort. Malgré cela, l’expérience globale reste positive, et l’appartement continue d’être un choix solide pour un séjour à Chamonix.

강아지와 할아버지, 할머니, 아이와 함께 한 가족여행 최고 였습니다. 케이블카와 기차역이 모두 도보가능. 뒤로 시내도 한번에. 주방에 압력밥솥과 냄비, 식기세척기 세제까지 모두 갖춰져 있습니다. 방도 넓고, 화장실도 2개씩 있었고, 주차장도 지정주차장이라 편했습니다. 수영장 물은 좀 차가웠던 점이 아쉬웠습니다. 사우나도 만족스러웠습니다. 레지던스 나오자마자 뒷편에 빵집에서 조식가능합니다. 4월과 여름의 몽블랑이 궁금해서, 다시 올 예정인데, 때마다 이곳을 찾을 것 같네요. 완전 추천합니다
