マヨルカ島滞在は過去１０数年で４回目。今回、土地勘のあるポート・ポレンサ地区を選択。この島は、ホテルによって英国人客か、ドイツ人客のどちらかが圧倒的に多い、という傾向がよくあるが、ここは英国人が多かった。ホテルの価格帯を反映してか、比較的高齢の客が多く、落ち着いた雰囲気。小さな子連れ客も少なくなかったが、みな行儀がよい印象。従業員もフレンドリーで、観光情報などの質問にも丁寧に答えてくれた。ビーチとホテルは直結しておらず、間に道路が一本走っているが、一方通行かつ、道幅は広くないので、実質的にビーチ直結と変わらない便利さだった。ポート・ポレンサの中心部まで、徒歩で１０分強、タクシーで5.50ユーロ。目の前の道路は夜中まで人通りが多く、スペイン恒例の遅い夕食の後、徒歩でホテルまで戻った際も、周囲には小さな子連れを含めた観光客がたくさんおり、治安の面も全く問題なし。部屋も清潔で広く、海側の部屋だったので景色（特に朝日）が素晴らしかった。

小さな湾に面した静かなビーチ。あまり大きなエリアではないが休暇をゆっくり楽しみたい人には楽園のようなエリア。湾内で遠泳やシュノーケリングを楽しむ人、周辺の丘へサイクリングを楽しむ人、美しいビーチだけでも満足なのにいろいろな楽しみ方ができます。ホテルはエリアの老舗でスタッフも非常に洗練されている印象。朝食もすばらしく無料の駐車場やプール、自転車置き場、水着を干す場所がテラスにあったりと次も泊まれればと思わせるホテルでした。

Beim Einzelzimmer gab es ein leichtes pulsierendes Geräusch, so dass ich nicht schlafen konnte. Der nachtmanager hat gut darauf reagiert und mir ein anderes einzelzimmer zum schlafen angeboten, wo es weniger brummen gab . Es ist ein häufiges risiko bei einzelzimmern, die tendieren, sich in innenhöfen zu befinden.

Frühstück war toll, Abendessen war um 8 nicht mehr so frisch, bisschen trocken.

Very nice property right in front of the beach. Walkable. Good dining options. Safe and quiet away from the madness of the bigger cities.

Hotel is great, breakfast fab but room was noisy. Plumbing kept me awake. Very loud when anyone used a tap, or toilet in another room around me.

We booked a room specifically with a sea view and balcony (the balcony was mentioned on the Expedia website in the room details) and when we arrived, they gave us a small room with no balcony. The receptionist couldn't help us with a different room straight away that evening, but said she would speak to the manager in the morning. Expedia customer service also helped and called the hotel directly. The manager upgraded us to a sea view suite with balcony the following day, which made a huge difference to our experience and we were very appreciative. I highly recommend that Expedia changes the information on their website, as they put the hotel in a difficult position.

Fue una buena experiencia, lo único malo es que a la noche es difícil contactar a la recepción. Tuve un problema con el aire y no lo logré resolver. Las instalaciones son buena, el desayuno también. Y el hecho que esté frente a la playa es buenísimo.

Excellent hotel, opposite the beach with great facilities on site. Staff were excellent, really helpful, very clean, breakfast was great with loads of choice. Not too far from main town square. This was my second visit and I would happily recommend and will visit again.

The location is excellent. Room arrangement was unusual. Our bathroom was small and it had a whole sitting area that was not needed.

Everything was ok.

The location and staff are great. I booked an oceanview room which was quite spacious and comfortable. The view from the room was of a wall. If you walked out on the deck you could see the ocean. This room was in the main hotel building and was quite private and quiet. Overall a nice relaxing stay. However it felt like they allocated me one of their worst rooms in the ocean view category.

Läget är fantastiskt men rummen lite omoderna med liten toalett och smal koridor med garderober. Vi är nöjda med frukosten men vi stannade en kväll och åt middag från buffén och vi förstod inte hur den kunde vara så mycket sämre än frukosten. Servicen efter frukosten när man vill äta lunch eller ta något att dricka på em är inte speciellt bra. Vi försökte beställa drinkar men det var en stor besvikelse så länge man håller sig till öl så fungerar det. Vi såg också flera tecken på att underhållet inte fungerar och tyvärr hade vi toalett lukt/ avloppslukt från luftkonditioneringen. Det känns som att hotellet behöver en renovering och service utbildning.

Incredible, one of the best hotels anywhere. Beautiful, modern rooms and hotel with excellent staff. The beach front and location is just perfect.
