Our room was Tree top villa with three bedroom(two has balcony), three bathroom (two has a bathtub), spacious dining kitchen equipped with a big fridge, filtered water tap, five rings, an oven, a microwave, and cutlary but kitchen knives are really bad (they are like stake knives, not for cutting vegetable. I actually shaved my nail and finger tip accidentally) and a separate living room with a TV and lounge sofa. The floor was dirty with sand or some kind of dirt, not cleaned well. I felt something against bottom of my feet as I walked around the villa. The room floor needs proper cleaning before they check the guests into the room. Dominique, the receptionist was the best when we left the hotel very early in the morning. The bus that we booked to leave the hotel for the Brisbane international airport was supposed to pick us up at 3:55 am but not there so she called the company to check whereabout of the bus so that we would rest assured the bus was on its way to the hotel. Her help concluded our trip with great hospitality and willingness to help with the guests. I would like to extend the gratitude to her on behalf of my group.

NOOSE国立公園の隣、自然に囲まれた素敵なホテルでした。 国立公園内でワライカワセミは簡単に会えます。運が良ければ野生のコアラにも遭遇できます。我が家はダメかと諦めかけていたら最後に会えました。

バスタブと歯ブラシ、歯磨き粉、ひげそりはありません。 それ以外はタオルはふかふかだし、広いし、テレビはリビングと寝室の二つに設置されており、洗濯機、乾燥機はあるわ、電子レンジにコーヒーもお高い珈琲メーカー、食洗機もついてる。浄水器と洗浄水の蛇口はそれぞれあるわ。 とっても素敵なホテルです、レセプションでカート乗れるので是非ビーチまで行ってください。

ヘイスティングstからも近くでとても便利な場所でした。ホテルの朝食は美味しくて朝から幸せでした！部屋の掃除はないですが、バスタオルなど必要なら貰えます。部屋の中も広くてシャワーも可動式で良かったです。 ブリスベンAPからはレンタカーを借りましたが、ヌーサの街はレンタカーがあると行動範囲も広がり必要だったなと思います。ナショナルパークのハイキングはオススメします！

空港からのシャトルバスに忘れ物をしたので、連絡を依頼したところ、バス会社の人がホテルに届けてくれて担当してくれたスタッフも部屋まで届けてくれた。みんなが親切でありがたかった。

静かですがメインストリートまで徒歩で行ける。部屋は清潔で広い。レストランの朝食・夕食共満足でした。スタッフも親切。

部屋から野生のコアラを見ることができました。ただこのホテルの最大の難点は、自動車以外で来る人には、タクシーもシャトルバスもないため、重い荷物を持って、とても急な坂を30分近く歩く以外に、ホテルへ行く手段がないこと。次に近くにスーパーマーケットが近くにないため、普段の買い物にはとても不便です。また部屋のバスタブにはジャグジーが付いていますが、なぜか使用できません。それを除けばホテルスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切です。

The property was spacious and well-furnished with a great outlook. The staff were professional and polite. The facilities were excellent and close to places of interest. However, the property had not been cleaned thoroughly before we arrived—it was very dusty e.g. the decorative blocks on the stairwell and cotton buds etc from previous guests were still in a drawer in the laundry/bathroom.

Apartment was spacious! Bathrobes would be a nice addition. The resort needs to employ more staff I felt sorry for the bar tenders.

Outstanding stay with terrific service. The only small ding was that the walkways outside our villa were dingy and not really swept or cleaned. Otherwise everything was superb, including the delicious buffet breakfast that is worth every penny!

We stayed in a 3-bed tree top villa and were blown away by the size and quality of it. Had everything we needed for us and 3 kids. We will definitely be back

Breakfast was great, Maria, always with a smile, was very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

For the extortionate price we paid with five months notice, we were given a room overlooking the car park and into another building. The resort had no ambiance. On a positive note the staff were friendly and helpful and the room (despite its lack of opulence) was clean.

Surrounded by lush forest and plenty of facilities and an excellent buffet breakfast! Such a spacious house and an extra living room which was perfect for a kid/baby space. We enjoyed taking the golf buggy and was walking distance from everything we needed.

The views from our balcony that opens to the living room were amazing! Breakfast had so many options and was great!

Lovely property, couldn’t check in until 5pm but gave us some drinks vouchers.
