素晴らしいホテルです。 スタッフの方々のホスピタリティやホテルの装飾、雰囲気、部屋からの景色、居心地まですべて最高のホテルでした。

バスタブがない

先ず、セキュリティがしっかりしてるとおもいました。タクシーで入る時、門のところで確認がありました。 少しシーズンオフだったせいか、予約はデラックスだったのですが、グレードアップをしていただきました。 ヴィラタイプとの事で、１階2階があり、とても広かったです。また、コモ湖の眺望も素晴らしかったです。 朝食レストランも、コモ湖が見え、落ち着いた雰囲気が良かったです。 一泊でしたが、ゆっくりとしたい、大人のリゾートでした。

Facilities, cleanliness, tradition and class of hotel is almost perfect, though some of the staffs' hospitality could improve, or should improve for a 5 star hotel.

Incredible property fantastic service and staff

The staff was amazing

My stay at the Mandarin Oriental Lago di Como was fairly flawless. The room was enormous, with an incredible lake view. The staff was kind and attentive. And the property was stunning. I’ll definitely be back.

We had an incredible stay for our anniversary made even better by all the attention from the wonderful staff. Some how they managed to hire the most friendly and engaging staff members that genuinely love working there. We will definitely be back! Thank you all at the MO Como for making our stay so special.

This resort is just average in general and there are many other better options in Lake Como. The rooms and suites are very much different from pictures showed online and it could be misleading. Shower drain constantly has a problem of overflowing water inside our lake view suite but it was later fixed by the engineer. Location of the resort is quite remote and it is very hard to get your own Uber or call for a taxi. However, the casual restaurant with outside seating has great pizzas and pastas and staff members provide great service with warm hospitality.

Es war ein wunderbarer Ort mit wunderschönem alten und renovierten Palais, welches in eine atemberaubend schöne und moderne infrastruktur eingebettet ist. Im grünen Park fühlt man sich wie im Märchen... wunderschön hergerichtet und gepflegt. der Floatingpool ist herrlich ...und sogar beheizt. Eun Hotel im oberen Preissegment...für italien sehr teuer... kann man sich gönnen... denn es hält was es verspricht. Massagen im Spa sind qualitativ top... auch hier oberstes Preisspanne... man kann problemlos mit Essen und einem verlängerten Wochenende im Basiszimmer schnell 10k CHF verbraten... Parking war erfreulicherweise inklusive.
