コンベンションセンターまでは渡り廊下を通って外に出ないでも行けるし、悪天候でも問題ありません。ホテルスタッフもフレンドリーだし快適な滞在でした

Good property; crowded; self parking wasn’t good because it was very limited.

The lobby was still under construction and I don’t think we were notified. Otherwise it was a great experience!

I stay here once a year and I’m never disappointed. Great accommodations.

Very close to the Everwise Amphitheatre. Nice rooms very comfortable beds. Parking is ridiculously expensive.

Simply the best hotel I have stayed at for Gencon. I have been to 15+ Gencons and have always wanted to stay at the JW Marriot. It did not disappoint. Rooms were extremely clean, roomy and comfortable. Open gaming was downstairs and convention 5 minute walk. If the JW Marriott had a pool, it would be the best hotel I have ever stayed in period. It still ranks top three. I would definitely stay here again.

Although the hotel was impeccable the staff were not so great. They nitpick and question everything.

I was disappointed at the time of check-in because I booked this hotel many months ago as a birthday gift for my partner in tandem with a Fever basketball game and concert at White River State Park. I specifically booked a KING ROOM w/ a SKYLINE VIEW on the TOP FLOOR. Instead we were given a Dble Queen room on the 30th floor with a view out of the back of the hotel. The hotel itself is very nice and clean with good amenities but it was a huge disappointment not to get what I specifically paid for..
