ホテルスタッフの笑顔と対応が、大変親切でキメ細かいものでした。下手な英語にも辛抱強く対応してくれます。 そのおかげでケトルの貸し出しや、タクシーの予約もスムーズに交渉できました。 室内は広く清潔で、外国には珍しくバスタブがあることが嬉しかったです。

The hotel had a fantastic buffet breakfast and pool. Incredible spa. Great drinks from the bars. Close proximity to the Bom Jesus do mont which you can watch the sunset from the top. Stunning views from there. The area directly surrounding the hotel are roads/highways, McDonalds and a university so this wasn't very scenic. Luckily the historical area of braga was only a short 10 minute uber away.

Staff were super pleasant and professional and, bar a wonky wall mounted rack in the bathroom that meant we had to put our soap on the floor, the room was clean and well kept. Air conditioning temperature is locked at 19 degrees centigrade as the lowest temperature possible. Not ideal for everyone especially as hot as it was. Overall, totally enjoyed the stay and would chose the Melia again at the drop of a hat.

The hotel was immaculate, with an excellent service. There were also great breakfast options and the mall being so close by was extremely helpful.

Staff was amazing friendly rooms need updating though because I flew in from the states they didn’t haven’t the wall USB option so had to get a plug to work with my chargers overall food was good staff were friendly

Ottimo hotel pulito e ottima colazione

Muito agradável, o hotel tem uma disposição de luz e son e temáticas bem conseguidas, um bom SPA com colaboradores simpáticas. Apenas promovo que a piscina e jacuzzi e sauna devem fazer parte da estadia sem custo suplementar no sentido de uso e fruto durante a estadia. Recomendo

Hotel de alto nível! Café da manhã muito bom e instalações em excelente estado. O estacionamento no local é perfeito, pois não há onde parar o carro nas proximidades.
