1部屋、家族3人で１泊しました。部屋はきれいでしたが、街中のホテルのためかフロントは狭く、チェックアウト後に預かっていただいた荷物も、レストランにおいてました。ルクセンブルク中央駅からは歩いて10分弱、主な観光地である旧市街へは20分くらいです。フロントのお姉さんは親切に色々説明してくれました。朝食無料ですが、それなりの無いようです。

フランスなどの4ツ星とは比べられないほどチープ。ルクセンブルク自体、ホテル代が非常に高く感じます。中央駅とバス停が近いのでまだ良かった。

中央駅からやや遠いですが、落ち着いていて観光スポットへも容易に歩いて行けます。係員の対応も親切で、洗練されています。部屋も手ごろな広さで、室内のバーもありがたい。

I chose this hotel because of the low price. It was obviously good choice because all staff were friendly, they offered another free wifi when I looked for better network on the 1st floor even though I did not ask. The location was also good, close to sight seeing area. I will stay at this hotel again when I go to Luxembourg next time.

Clean room, about a 10 min walk from the old city where the best things are. A bit dated but staff are really friendly and they let us put our bags in all day on our check out day

The hotel is closed to the station and all public transport in Luxembourg is free so that's a bonus. Room was big enough for us and comfortable, especially when we got a kettle so we could make some drinks. Personnel was lovely and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice room, clean and smells nice. Location pretty good, but parking garage was about 500m away. Breakfast was pretty light.

Great location, plenty food options, 3mins walk to tram stop, free public transport in town, amazing! friendly staff, clean room. Not hearing noise from street, but can hear sound within the building, bathroom. The pillow can be improved.

The room was in good condition - roomy and clean. The check in process was slow and the staff was not overly friendly or inviting,

Wifi doesn’t work at all. It’s terrible. The receptionist tells you to descend to the front desk to reconnect but it doesn’t work at all! They serve mortadella instead of ham.

Located just off the tram, so close to train station and restaurants. Everyone was so nice and helpful with recommendations and storing our luggage

Communicatie was prima. Bij het ontbijt ontbraken wel bolletjes of sneetjes brood. Geen idee wat je in het broodrooster kon doen. Ook geen gewone yoghurt gezien om de ontbijtgranen in te doen. Kortom het ontbijt was wat karig. Kamer was ok. Badkamer klein waardoor een douchegordijn de enige optie was.

Great location central and walking distance to everything. Parking is about 5 min walk from the hotel. They do provide detailed directions on how to get to the parking garage. Room was very nice.

El recepcionista al momento de hacer check in se comportó grosero y asumía que debíamos conocer muchas cosas del país que visitábamos. La persona de la noche amable. El hotel es viejo, pero está limpio, la secadora de cabello es inservible, la ubicación es buena.

O atendimento no checkin foi péssimo. Atendente com um inglês com muito sotaque e que não tinha paciência em explicar, foi muito grossa.

Personal muy amable, nos facilitó dejar las maletas en lo que esperábamos el check in.
