Nice classic style hotel. If you skip room cleaning while your stay, they will give you a free drink with a snack.

リールの市街地からは少し離れますが歩ける距離です。サウナとスチームサウナを無料で利用出来、リラックス出来ます。ホテル内のレストランも良かったです。

Good value, lovely room, great having secure parking, breakfast excellent, all staff helpful and friendly, however location not great. About a 30 minute walk to La Grand Place where there are lots of shops and restaurants with a good vibe.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le petit-déjeuner Grand choix de produits salés et sucrés. La chambre de luxe était spacieuse ainsi que la salle de bain. La climatisation fonctionnait bien. Seul bémol : le parking qui n'était pas accessible ce week-end pour cause de guinguette et animation dans la cour. Or nous avions réservé cet hotel pour le parking intérieur notamment. Nous avons donc du garer la voiture à 20 minutes à pied de l'hotel, dans un parking souterrain qui nous a couté 17 €.

The best aspect of the hotel is the parking; however, it is located far from the city center. The metro is approximately an eight-minute walk, and the area does not feel safe. There is no clear or appealing information about food or drinks that would encourage guests to use these services. The room was small and warm, with the bathroom positioned directly next to the bed and in poor condition, including an unpleasant odor. The shower temperature fluctuated constantly between cold and hot, making it uncomfortable. There was noticeable noise, as fixtures creak and movements can be easily heard. While it may be intended for a short stay, even resting and showering were not comfortable. We spoke with the receptionist, though there was little that could be done to improve the situation. For a slightly higher budget, staying closer to the city center is advisable, as transportation costs add up and the main points of interest are within walking distance there.

Par rapport aux autres hotel de cette chaîne, un peu déçu par la qualité ... hotel aurait besoin d un refresh...

Lovely hotel with very safe parking. Lovely outside space and nice restaurant. (Book in advance at WE) Staff were great changing outr room when a problem was found with the shower.

Le tarif est un peu cher, les chambres sont vieillissantes, la douche a également bien vécu ( porte qui ne ferme pas et le réglage du mitigeur est soit trop chaud ou trop froid). Le petit déjeuner est correct et le personnel est très sympathique.

Plutôt déçu mérite un meilleur standing.. au vue du bâtiment ancien et beau. chambre exigüe ,mais vraiment exigüe a peine 11 m2 salle de bain comprise . pas de place pour les valises, pas de rangement . la serrure de la chambre avec 5 descentes du 3 ième étage pour réactiver les clefs . moquette tachée, et odeur désagréable dans la chambre. manque une touche por le loby dans l'ascenseur . Literie plutôt bonne l'hotel à besoin d'une rénovation, pas digne d'un Best Western c'est le premier ou je suis décu . le restaurant "Rococo" est très bien ... bonne cuisine. le personnel très sympathique ,professionnel, souriant et helpfull....

Chambre de taille correcte, décorée sobrement, mais de qualité. Personnel très accueillant et souriant. Agréable terrasse, surtout le soir et Buffet bien achalandé pour le petit déjeuner.

Seul Bémol, le réassort au petit déjeuner qui n'était pas a 100%.

Personal war super nett

L’accueil a été très bien. L’hôtel est globalement propre. En arrivant dans la chambre, nous avons été atterrés de la taille du lit, de la chambre et la salle de bain. Impossibilité d’ouvrir la porte de la chambre entièrement, le lit (en 140) l’en empêchait, à peine possible de faire le tour du lit avec nos quelques affaires dans la chambre, grosse déception. Le sol grinçait, nous entendions tout ce qui se passait dans le couloir et avons même senti le mur ou le lit était collé vibrer car notre voisin entrait dans sa chambre. Bref, nous ne sommes même pas restés et avons réservé ailleurs. En gros : des combles aménagées en chambres d’hôtel. Pour le prix, ça a un peu piqué. Mais je tiens à souligner l’accueil qui a été excellent, et la réception nous a proposé une autre chambre, mais c’en était trop. Comme un sentiment d’avoir été un peu trompés par les photos des chambres sur le site, qui ne sont en aucun cas révélatrices de la réalité.

Asked for a room upgrade on arrival & were given a room where the bathroom door only opened partially as hit bed, big chunk missing from toilet seat & managed to badly stop my toe on a metal door stop in bare feet! We mentioned all this as we left this morning & were offered a drink by way of compensation. Not useful at 8.15am. Didn’t mention during stay as only there for a couple of nights. Would we stay there again? Possibly as a last resort

Bon hôtel. Mais parking trop petit, difficile de sortir.

Staff very friendly. Property was tired but clean.Unable to open bathroom door fully without hitting the bed. Room felt cramped . Breakfast was good
