写真では古い感じを受けましたが、実際は部屋も広くてとても綺麗でした。バスタブがなくシャワーのみでしたが問題なし。すぐ目の前にスーパーもあって便利でした。朝は無料でコーヒーやココアが飲めるのも良かったです。スーパーでドーナツを買ってコーヒーを貰って湖畔で朝ご飯を食べました。気持ちよかったです。とても快適に過ごせました。

素朴ながら清潔なモーテルで、 一泊素泊まりなら申し分ありません。 フロントのご夫婦はとても親切です。 ネット上の口コミでアメニティのことはある程度知り得ましたが、宿に着いてからオフィスは確か午後９時に閉まると聞かされ、もし遅くに到着した場合どうなっていたのか不安になりました。チェックアウトは午前１０時半であることも、事前にネットではわからなかったことです。タオル類がアメリカの家庭で使われる洗濯ソフナーの香りがしたので、どこか家族経営を思わせるものでした。

Very special for my family road trips

Our overall experience was positive, especially with the attentive staff, the property's central location and the room's level of comfort. However, the property bills itself as a lodge but is really single level adjoined rustic cabins facing the parking like an old school motel which sacrifices privacy. There is a taco stand on site serving delicious food. And did I say the people staffing the property did everything in their power to satisfy our needs?

Very dated, horrible mattress, limited amenities, such as no bath wash, no a/c and had to kill a couple bugs…..very disappointed- website looked much better. Traveler beware!

The room was fine and the phone number provided assistance in getting into the room,. But don’t stay here if you are arriving outside of 4/7 pm. You may not be able to get into your room and no one will be there to help you.

Le code de la porte ne fonctionnait pas. Aucune réponse aux messages. Heureusement une personne du service de ménage a pu nous donner son accès. Service client décevant pour le prix.

Great place for one night cut my leg on the bed that had sharp edges

I was there for one night to take some rest in my road trip But couldn’t even use sink as it was clogged Its expensive but didnt match the standards which other providers give in its range

We stayed for nights. Clean, fresh. I recommend it.

Did not see a single staff member. Check in was via an email with the door code. Parking needs to be upgraded -- handicap spot, signage for each of the rooms so there actually are parking spots.

Great staff great place

No staff on property to check in. Door code did not work. Had to call and they did give me a new code which did work. Hair dryer in room did not work. Hair on the wall in the shower. Only one chair in room and it was a flimsy folding chair. I expect WAY more than this for $200 a night!

This is a cute place and I like the rooms. However, this place does not have AC, so be ok with open windows or a fan (provided). Also our sink was clogged. Shower is single person size, but water pressure was great!

No air-conditioning, no WiFi, staff spent their time cooking tacos, we won't come back.

Door code provided before visit didn't work, No luggage stands, No rack or rod to hang anything up, not even any hooks, No table or chairs under the ceiling light, No chair of any kind in the room, sat on floor to dress, No bedside lamps or lights of any kind, Remotes for items did not have batteries, Thermostat in bathroom didn't work, no knob, Thermostat in main room didn't work, Air conditioner was available but not completely installed, Soap, shampoo & conditioner dispensers fell off the wall, Shower curtain too short to hang inside tub (shower rod installed too high), Bare area on floor where carpet was not installed In general, this room seemed to be still under construction and not ready to be occupied! We had previously stayed in this hotel and it was acceptable, but not this time.

Love the rustic look. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Scenery in the area was beyond fantastic!

the room we had had recently been redecorated. Very nice butt the room needed a source of fresh air.

Very clean and comfortable motel in Grand Lake, Colorado. Staff were all friendly, polite and professional.

Our room was very simple but we didn’t need much. Was only there 2 nights.
