. Last week, I had a great time at Banyan Tree Samui. I want to share my great experience. I forgot my necklace at the resort. I was not sure where I forgot it. Before I left, I just gave my information to Mr Adirek Baikrut (front office manager). I felt hopeless because the necklace is too small. I think they cannot find it. But just about 3 hours later, he called me that he found it on the beach sunbed near the Sand restaurant. He said that he went to the restaurant and asked others where were the table and the sunbed I sat, a beach staff (Khun Rang) helped him to find it. Then he sent it back to Hanoi, Vietnam for me. I received it after only 3 days! I am very grateful for their help. The necklace is so important to me. No word can describe how happy I am. I want to thank everyone at Banyan Tree Samui. You are all so great. I stayed at Horizon pool villa with an amazing view. The service and the food are all so good. I really enjoyed the time there. For sure I will come back to Banyan Tree soon.
