スタッフ全員とても対応が迅速で丁寧だった ロビーも広々といい感じ　部屋にはキッチンもついていました ただエレベーターが自分でDoorを開ける方式なので　両手に荷物があるときは 困りました

ハムラに泊まるのなら、このホテルの場所は便利。スタッフも皆親切。フロントが名前を覚えてくれて、困ったことはないか、声をかけてくれる。 レバノンの他のホテルに泊まってないので比べようはないが、値段と照らし合わせて、満足できると思う。ベッドがメモリーフォームで、すこぶる快適。中東はどこも果物がおいしいが、部屋にあったウェルカムフルーツもおいしかった。8月のレバノンの空港の混みようはニュースで聞いていたが、ホテルスタッフのアドバイスはフライトの４時間前。どんなに遅くとも3時間半前に空港に着いたほうがいいとのこと。アドバイスに従い正解。それでもギリギリ搭乗口まで走って間に合った。８月後半の空港はいつもの光景らしいので、覚悟！

The hotel staff were all friendly and nice, the junior suit room was ok But the water was sometimes too dirty, you should run water for a while before using. They serve the bottle of water only the first day of the arrival. Breakfast was normal always the same menu. Nothing special. A single room #502 was too bad. The room and the bath room smell so bad, the ac also. They havent clean it for long time. Do not open the curtain, the view from the window and the valcony was shocking.

ベイルートのメインストリートである、ハムラ通りから一本中に入った、ジャンヌ・ダルク通りに 位置する便利なホテルです。 フロントスタッフの応対は、ビジネスライクながらもスマートでメリハリの効いたもので、好感が 持てます。 部屋にはウエルカムフルーツが置かれており、チェックイン前の時間でも快く受け入れてくれました。 無料のWi-Fiは、チェックイン時にこちらから使いたい旨を申し出ないとパスワードが記された紙片を 貰えませんので、注意が必要です。もちろん、チェックイン後に申し出ても問題ありません。 パスワードはチェックインから24時間以内が有効です。 部屋、バスルーム共、清潔でしたが、バスタブが無いのが残念でしたね。 アメニティグッズは一通り揃っています。 ビュッフェスタイルの朝食は、とても美味しくて食べ過ぎてしまう位でした。 観光もそうですが、ビジネスで宿泊する方にはピッタリかも知れません。

Good gym. Some stuff broken but if you can’t figure out a workout in here you shouldn’t be working out on your holiday

Great place in the heart of Hamra. I particularly loved the gym. Weights up to 25kg, a bench, bike and treadmill. Some equip was broken but if you can’t get a workout done here it’s on you

Very good and responsive reception, nevertheless the bathroom sewer was not working and the water came out to the room. The reservation was breakfast included but they denied it.

I like this hotel like family place

Our stay at Casa O Dr was wonderful The staff was extremely helpful in making our experience meaningful They provided recommendations and helped us select activities that are affordable but still allowed us to see the city and the multiple beautiful areas around Beirut. Mira and Joseph were very welcoming The dining staff was also wonderful and made us feel welcome every morning The cleaning team was amazing. We are grateful for the great 3 days we stayed at this property

Good place and great staff

Breakfast is not up to par! Very poor and limited selections for a Lebanese breakfast items. They can do much better to add value to their hotel and better experience for guests.

Room was very basic

Casa D'or is a great option for Hamra/Beirut area. The gentlemen are extremely cordial and nice... Women staff not so much... Not sure why. Room was great, but random. I reserved two and one was twice the size of the other. WiFi was very strong and reliable to work remote. Overall, would recommend.
