非常に快適なホテルでした。スタッフもフレンドリーで早期チェックインにも対応してもらったし、部屋も清潔で快適。窓から見える広い庭は鳥が楽しそうに地面を啄んでいました。立地が、街の中心から登り坂含め多少距離ありますが、そのぶん静か。次回もまたここを選びます。

全体的にきれいでおしゃれな感じでした。特に庭が美しく、時間があればウッドデッキでのんびりすごしたいと思いました。 部屋も広く清潔で使いやすかったです。 洗濯機が壊れていたらしくランドリーが利用できなかったのは残念でしたが、街中のクリーニング店を教えてもらい、むしろ安上がりになりました。 冷蔵庫はなく、部屋に持ち込める飲み物は1Fのバーなど、ホテル内で販売されているもののみということでした。

雰囲気がよく、ロビーにはレストランがある。 ただし、バスターミナルにはタクシーが必要。

The service of this hotel is DISASTER. There was a change of picking time of my tour, and tour company informed that to a reception of this hotel, but no one informed me about the change, so finally I needed to take a Glaciar by taxi. They always argued that it was not the fault of the hotel, and didn’t have a posture to cooperate. Very bad experience. I do not recommend you to use this hotel. Very bad service.

The cutest rustic and homey hotel. The property is gorgeous and within walking distance from the downtown area as well as the bus station (took the bus to El Chaltén from here). Room was simple but clean and well cared for with a decent sized shower in the bathroom. The included breakfast was very good and I particularly enjoyed the orange juice and coffee. I truly do not think I could have picked a better place to stay and would highly recommend Picos del Sur for anyone staying in El Calafate

La atención de Luis en Recepción fue más que magnífica. Hace toda la diferencia. Y todo el personal del hotel sumamente atentos y amables. Las habitaciones de buen tamaño. Y muy limpias. Aunque hace frío en el Lugar aún siendo Verano. El hotel mantiene una temperatura bastante agradable. Lo recomiendo Nico que me quedan a deber un po o es el desayuno. Muy poca variedad. Pero está ok. La ubicación muy buena a 1,500 paso caminando del centro y calle principal con infinidad de lugares para comer o tomar la copa. Si regreso al Calafate sin dudarlo me volvería a quedar ahí.

Hotel confortável, com quarto limpo, camas confortáveis, porém o quarto não possui Frigobar. Funcionários gentis, estacionamento amplo. Café da manhã com poucas variedades.

Wonderful people - Luis was super friendly and helpful. The property is well located and appointed. Breakfast and shower pressure could be better, but not dealbreakers. 10/10 recommend

Breakfast was fresh and good quality. Parking extremely accessible and safe. Staff was very friendly and willing to help on all my requests, nice vibes!! I highly recommend this hotel.
