the restaurant is aewesome. breakfast mango is highly recommended

Great location, good service and comfortable beds. The windows facing the “city view” bedrooms, however, are not soundproof, so if you have a light sleep pattern be ready to hear the noise of the vehicles driving on the road next to the hotel during sleep hours. I would book again!

The a/c did not cool the room, so we ask for a fan, the bottom of the shower fill up like a river, room and the property looked and felt old. The staff for breakfast was great , that was the best part of our stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel has a very good location, great breakfast it was overall very clean, but needs updating also need to work on guest convenience like supplying hair dryer and cloth iron

Wonderful experience. The staff was amazing and always friendly and willing to help. Especially the restaurant staff that helped us with our family dietary choices and our daughters severe allergies. They were always careful and helped us with a smile. The front desk staff as well as the staff that cleaned the rooms were incredible. The Lulada and fresh fruit juices were our favorites. Our room was clean, bright and big. We had a balcony and view of El rio de Cali (el parque de los gatos). Loved our stay and we will definitely be returning next Time we are in Cali. Gracias a todo el staff del hotel !!!!!!! Hicieron nuestra experiencia segura y buena.

La habitación era hacia la calle y había mucho ruido. Las ventanas no eran insonorizadas y no dormí bien pero me cambiaron de habitación al otro día a una interior fueron muy amables

Disappointed with the Room – Misleading Information I’m giving this review 3 stars because while the service from the staff was generally good, my overall experience was disappointing due to the room situation. I paid extra to book a Deluxe Room, but was given what was clearly a Junior Suite – which is a lower-tier room according to the hotel’s own website. When I raised this with the front desk, I was told I had been given the Deluxe Room, despite clear differences between what I booked and what I received. At that point, I felt either I was being lied to directly or the website is highly misleading with incorrect photos and room descriptions. Either way, it’s unacceptable for a property to advertise one thing and deliver another. If you’re considering upgrading your room, I would recommend double-checking everything before you arrive and taking screenshots of your booking details and the room photos. It’s unfortunate, because the service otherwise was pleasant, but this left a sour taste in what could have been a great stay.
