Basically, Park Inn is my favorite hotel brand. The cleaness and the sense of facility are quite match to me. In addition, stuff is quite nice, their attitudes are quite like Japanese hotel or outlets.

The person at reception was welcoming and helpful - arranged a taxi to our restaurant and recommended places for brunch when asked. We really enjoyed our stay.

The location is convenient, staff are super friendly and food in the restaurant is very good. But the problem is that the rooms are not at all noise proof and the temperature controls are useless. I had a sleepless night in a cold and noisy room.

The room was ok but there weren’t any obvious extra towels or pillows in the room. Ask at reception when we left and we’re told towels were in a drawer.

TV wasn't working on arrival but they sorted it out quite quickly. The room temperature controls were broken and I had a portable heater instead. Staff were great.

Room was a disabled room should not be allocated to people who have not requested it. Toilet was like in a hospital and had a strong very off putting smell Was allocated as many rooms in the hotel were out of access due to problems. Could not provide an alternative room. Hotel should have contacted us to give a chance to decline a room like this we would not take. It is quite incredible they would expect you to be ok with this when you are looking for a pleasant stay. Poor sound proofing also someone coughing all night meant terrible sleep. Never again will use Radisson if this is typical service.
