基本的に部屋は広く清潔ですし良いと思います。 問題は朝食が毎日同じ…ということで長期滞在すると飽きます。 その他、外は閑静な住宅街という感じでレストラン等は近くに数件ある程度です。 スタッフとはあまりコミュニケーションをしたわけではないですが、まあまあの対応という感じでした。

The room was bright, clean and comfortable, with absolutely everything I needed close at hand. A couple of the furniture pieces looked a bit worn, but otherwise everything was great. Housekeeping was outstanding, free breakfast was of decidedly above-average quality and every team member I spoke to was friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Great staff and clean

Visiting Columbus for a football game. Short Uber Ride to the stadium. Comfortable bed and restaurant next door. Nice breakfast.

We stayed at this hotel for OSU orientation. The staff was extremely friendly and the breakfast was yummy only about eight or nine minutes from the campus.

The hotel staff allowed a full blown party to go on outside well past midnight. We could not sleep and my poor kid had to get up at 7 to go to a tournament. They staff were told repeatedly that it was too loud.

Good

Very caring staff. I was staying there while having eye surgery nearby. The staff went out of there way to help me with arranging transportation (free shuttle to the eye surgery center), food preparation, and room cleaning schedule. Pleasant, helpful, accommodating conversations with them all along the way as well.
