シングルルームは狭いですが、

深夜のチェックインでしたが、丁寧に対応してくださいました。朝食込みの料金設定でしたが、そのような案内がなく、食堂らしき部屋もありませんでした。もともと早朝出発のため、パスする予定で問題なかったですが。

ソルまで徒歩5分の好立地。受付が英語を話せて助かった。チェックアウト後もスーツケースを預かってもらえた。 設備は古いが泊まるだけなら十分。 エレベーターが遅く、階段を使う場合は7階の階段登り降りが大変だった。

場所が中心地からすぐで、移動が非常に楽でした。wifiも問題ないです。 少し空調が寒かったです。

昔の建築物を改装したこのホスタル、部屋の天井にはその名残の模様がありますが、部屋はホスタルとは思えないくらいきれいです。またＣａｌｌａｏとマドリードの繁華街にもかかわらず、部屋内は静かでゆっくりできます。 場所的には、とても都合のいいので、どこでもすいすいと歩いて行けます。私は、とてもラッキーでした。。。 ここからは、Ｅｘｐｅｄｉａさんにコメントします。 ※一部のスタッフは、英語がしゃべれないので、iphoneの翻訳で話すしかないです。。。 ※以下は、Ｅｘｐｅｄｉａさんにお願いです。今回このホテルを前払いで予約しましたが、チェックイン時にスペイン語で€80ほどを払うみたいなことを言われて、困惑しました。実は、私の宿泊した証拠のサインでこれをＥｘｐｅｄｉａさんに請求するらしいことが、他の宿泊客の通訳でわかりました。。。　予約時にそのことを明記してくれれば助かります。

中心街にあり、とても良いホテルです。眺めも良く、とても清潔です。一人旅でしたが不安を感じることもなく、次回もまたここに泊まりたいと思いました。

メトロCallao駅の目の前にあり、街の真ん中で大変に便利。プエルタ・デル・ソルやマヨール広場、サン・ミゲル市場、王宮、少し距離はありますがスペイン広場など、多くのスポットに徒歩でアクセスできます。その分、夜になっても周辺のエリアは騒がしいです。 ホテルの部屋は「泊まることができる」。4人部屋（2段ベッド）は4人でぎりぎりの広さで、ベッドと通路以外のスペースはほぼなし。建物が古いせいもあってか、周囲の音が相当聞こえ、自室の音も外に漏れます。泊まった部屋はドアのすぐ前に業務用の乾燥機が置いてあり、夜になっても轟々と音を立てて動いていてうるさかった。また、Hotels.comの説明には「ランドリー設備」とありますが、夜間担当のスタッフに聞いても「わからない」、コインランドリーの場所も「明日、上司に聞いてほしい」との回答で、たまった洗濯物を処理できませんでした。それ以外のスタッフの対応やベッドなどの清潔さは十分でしたが、あまり快適さは求めず、立地と予算で選ぶホテルだと思います。

ビルのワンフロアが宿泊施設となっている。 部屋や施設は清潔感あり、ロケーションはカリャオ駅前で文句なしです。 ただ、フロアに上がるまでのエレベータがひとつしかなく、遅い。。。

Despite a great location and friendly staff I wouldn’t recommend nor stay in the hotel again. Luckily it was only 1 night, would have moved if I was suppose to stay there any longer. The room was tiny, view on the wall, scary, claustrophobic lift, dodgy and smelly entrance to the building. No soundproofing so I could even here the people next door snoring. Not a good night sleep and deffo not worth the price paid.

The Hostal room was clean and the bed comfortable. Nice towels. Nice coffee in reception available before breakfast. Location -spectacular.

Tenía vista parcial al teatro Callao y tenía un bacon con la vista muy bonita, el baño muy limpio y la regadera con excelente presión del agua. El chico que me recibió súper amable y servicial. El elevador tenía buen tamaño para ser un edificio antiguo, la ubicación fue lo mejor, justo afuera el metro callao y caminando está el metro Gran via, llegué en metro del aeropuerto y prácticamente no camine más de 1 pequeña esquina. Maravilloso todo, incluso el pequeño desayuno en la terraza con una vista hermosa. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Llegamos pronto hicimos el check in y nos dijeron que teníamos que volver a las 15. Llegamos hicimos fila y nuestra habitación aún no estaba hecha, nos dijeron 15 minutos y al final nos la entregaron a las 15:35. La ducha bastante pequeña y solo nos pusieron 1/2 (medio) rollo de papel higiénico para 3 personas adultas, pero por lo demás todo bien. La ubicación muy céntrica y el desayuno muy bien.Las personas de recepción muy amables y buen servicio de consignas de maletas.

The pictures are very different than reality

Habitación sucia, mal olor. Personal sin más. Nada cómodo. Pagamos habitación con vistas y nos dieron una sin ventanas. Lo único bueno la ubicación y la terraza. Buen desayuno.

I slept really well, no noise, and good views at Sky 44 and even from my window. The only thing it is on the 7th floor and elevator had issues in addition of me not liking the small elevator I used the stairs in total 9 floors from the base. They close the door at midnight, but they say you can use your car to open the door. The only thing I did not like was there is no mini fridge.Make sure you get what you selected.

The room was very clean, had great size for 3 people, good beds, great big bathroom and 2 little balconies with amazing views. And all that in the heart of the city. We walked everywhere to museums, parks, shopping, restaurants, city's main landmarks. Highly recommend it!

La localizacion es muy buena, a pasos de todo. El aire acondicionado no se podia controlar desde el cuarto, hacia calor. Se escuchaban ruidos de otros huespedes. Subi varias veces los 7 pisos por las escaleras pues el ascensor tardaba en llegar y era pequeno. Cama comoda y cuarto pequeno pero para dormir ok.
