En hotel med en dejlig beliggenhed midt i byen. Personalet var meget venlige og morgenmadsbuffeten var rigtig god. Hotellet er af den ældre slag hvilket godt kan mærkes på værelse standard, men stadig et samlet besøg værd

Sauberes Zimmer mit Balkon, tolle Lage, nettes Personal, ruhige Lage, ich komme wieder. Frühstück kann ich nicht bewerten, weil es mir zu teuer war.

I booked a single room here as a last-minute addition to my trip, and it was the absolute highlight. The hotel’s central location is dreamy—in the heart of the city, surrounded by trees and next to a canal, making everything walkable. My room featured amazing balcony views of the Black Forest and excellent air conditioning (contrary to some older reviews). I came here to unwind and did exactly that, spending my days at the spas. Over the weekend, there was a festival right next to the hotel and casino, which added a great energy to the evenings. The hotel staff was absolutely lovely, and because Baden-Baden is a smaller town, everyone was incredibly friendly. A few helpful tips for future guests: Navigation: Avoid Google Maps in this area; it glitched constantly, turning 3-minute walks into massive detours. Train Station: It’s a bit far, but a local bus connects it to the hotel in 20–30 minutes. Airport Transit: Public transit to the Baden-Baden airport is tricky with no direct buses. Instead, the hotel kindly arranged a taxi for me, which cost €60 and took about 20 minutes. There were zero downsides to my stay. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be coming back!

Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer sehr sauber und neu renoviert, mit ruhiger Klimaanlage. Bequeme Matratze und Kopfkissen.Balkon mit Schadstellen. Lage Top. Gerne wieder.

Alles gut. Sehr hilfsbereit. Sehr nettes Team. Renovationsarbeiten sind teils notwendig.

Das Zimmer war klein, aber fein. Sauberes Bad. Sehr hilfreich war, die Klimaanlage im Zimmer, da es im übrigen Hotel sehr warm war.

Lovely spacious room with a very nice balcony and a large bathroom too. Location was good - with nice area surrounding the hotel - with restaurants and casino and spa just around the corner. I was puzzled about the size of the TV, which didn't match the size of the room- felt like an iPad. Also, as I mentioned to the receptionist upon departure, the room wasn't very clean. It may have been a while, since someone else stayed in the room, because there were dust on all panels and lamps, spider webs in the ceiling and hair on the bathroom floor.

Cykelparkeringen kunne være bedre, men efter lidt argumentation fik vi tilladelse til at parkere cyklerne i et aflåst rum i hotellet. Venligt personale, hotellet var rent og i orden og morgenbuffeten vidunderlig. Beliggenheden fantastisk, direkte i centrum. Vort næste ophold i Baden-Baden bliver på samme hotel.

Nice location

Beautiful room. View from balcony was special even though the weather was chilly and rainy. I’ll return for sure.

Sehr schönes Hotel an exzellenter , wunderschönen Lage. Einrichtung etwas altmodisch aber sehr bequem, grosszügiges Zimmer mit Balkon auf den Fluss. In nächster Nähe zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ich würde dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

klassischer gehobener englischer Stil - alles sehr stimmig. Sehr schön gelegen! Es war eine sehr schöne Übernachtung mit sehr gutem Frühstück. Jederzeit wieder!
