ディナーを頂きました。どれも美味しく、スタッフの方の対応も素晴らしかったです。

綺麗な部屋、美味しい朝食でした！ 洗面台が詰まっていて使えなかったのは運が悪かったです。

空港への送迎が24時間対応だったので、飛行機が遅れて24時過ぎに到着しても問題なく利用できた。

部屋は結構きれいです。ただ複数人で止まるには狭いです。駅から若干遠いので送迎サービスは使ったほうがいい。素泊まりするには快適だと思います。空港までの送迎もとても便利です。

空港近くのホテルを探していて見つけました。 とても可愛いつくりの部屋で快適に過ごせました。 朝食はイングリッシュブレックファストを注文しましたがとてもおいしかったです。 また泊まってもいいなと思ってます。 なお、送迎は有料です。

Stayed in room 9 in the attic & did not experience any noise issues that others have reported. Staff friendly, no issues with the stay. Breakfast was cooked fresh & tasty. Bar selection was a bit limited.

Clean, comfortable room. Friendly staff. Easy to find and close to Gatwick airport. Would stay agsin. Recommend.

It was great! Quiet, clean, the gas station with some snacks is walking distance.

Is good value for money, as the low price per night means you shouldn’t expect the high standards of other more expensive near by hotels. Clean, comfy and ideally located for my overnight business trip. Desk in the 2 rooms I stayed in did not have a chair but a soft square stool. Bathrooms could do with an upgrade, as very dated.

Great place

The room (5) was clean and bright, however the radiator was stone cold. Contacted reception, the boiler had tripped, the room radiator warmed up but the shower room stayed cold. The shower didn't have enough power for the overhead shower to work and the smaller shower head on the riser rail kept slipping down and wouldn't hold the shower head in place. Breakfast was great and the staff were very attentive. Got to Gatwick airport in 5 minutes so it served a purpose.

Staff, first of all. Aided with my luggage, answered all my questions, made sure my room was comfortable. Loved the little restaurant. Catered to my being vegetarian with a small appetite.

The staff were really nice and friendly. The room was quite standard but close to Gatwick airport which was convenient.
