とても優しい方達で、到着が0時を過ぎてからでしたが部屋に入って困らないように準備してくれていました。 フィラにも近く移動しやすかったです。

最寄りのバス停までは、空港からバスを乗り継いで行かないといけないですが、フィラのバス停からは、石畳の道をなんとか乗り越えれば、歩けます。 チェックインの一週間ほど前にメールで、チェックインの時間の確認がされ、その返信でホテルまの行き方を教えてくれました。 バルコニー付きの部屋を予約していたので、部屋から夕日が見えることを期待していましたが、逆向きでした。 部屋は、アパートメントホテルで、キッチンも付いていて、すごく綺麗で、広く、1人ではもったいない感じでしたが、かなり快適に過ごせました。

到着が午前2時前後でしたが、事前にメールでルームナンバーを教えて下さってたし、到着してみると扉にもメッセージが貼ってあってすぐわかりました。 部屋に入ると、メッセージ、wifi password 、パンケーキやミネラルウォーターが用意してあって 不自由なく、すぐにくつろぐ事が出来ました。 一つ星にしては、インテリアもかわらしかったし、とても綺麗に清掃されてました。 オーナーさんもとても感じのいい方でした。

Firostefaniバス停から坂を下りて2~3分、Firaバスターミナルからも坂を上って徒歩10分程度（Fira中心部からは6~7分）の場所にあり崖からの眺望がホテルから見なくていいから経済的で温かみのある家族経営のホテルに泊まりたい場合には最適。朝食は４€で別料金ですが、私たちが滞在したときはホテルの朝食をつけず、FiraやFirostefaniの海を見下ろす眺めのいいレストランで朝食やブランチをとりました。つまり、眺望に関しては自分で景色のいいところに移動すればいいだけなので、眺望代のためだけに少なくとも1泊100€以上もする崖に面したホテルをとる必要はあまりないと思います。オーナーの女性と娘さんがレセプションにいますが、お母さんのほうは英語が苦手ですがとても親切で愛想のいい方でした。娘さんは恥ずかしがりやですが、英語でコミュニケーションがとれます。

Esse hotel é maravilhoso! A funcionária que fez nosso checkin e que nos recebia todos os dias no café da manhã foi super atenciosa, nos dava dicas da cidade e nos ajudava com tudo, inclusive com aluguel de quadriciclo! O hotel é bem confortável e limpo e está muito bem localizado! Voltaria com certeza e eu indico de olhos fechados!

La chambre était parfaitement propre, le service était parfait. La gérante est extrêmenent acceuillante et chaleureuse.

We loved this hotel. It was right in the city of Fira. There are 2 public parking lots right across the street (which is good bc there is no other parking. The only time we had trouble finding a space was right at noon when the school lets out). The beds were very nice, as was the bathroom. We loved the nearby bakery - Piccolo Coffee Spot and a local restaurant - Tholoto. This was such a wonderful experience.

Host is so informative. She provides all the information needed. Friendly. Close to shopping restaurant and bus station. Only thing up hill and down hill. Need to prepare for it.

very nice clean location, very freindly and accomodating staffs,walkable to many restaurants and shops.

The downside of this property was the bathroom size...it was tiny. The staff were great, location was away from the busy centre but very walkable. Great sunset views, access directly to the trail to Oia or close by bus station if walking is nIt your thing. Adequate cooking facilities which could be improved with a microwave.

A very friendly welcome, a nice clean and comfortable room that is a short walk from the action.

We were upgraded to a room with balcony which we use to have dinner and breakfast. The bed was super comfortable and the room was very modern and clean. I appreciated the extensive shelving space which usually is limited in most hotels. The hotel is very close to the main touristic area of Santorini which makes it convenient. We did not use the jacuzzi because the water was very cold. Angeliki was very communicative since the beginning and gave us some tips for exploring the island. It would be nice if the hotel could add some breakfast.

Angeliki was extremely helpful, even warning us about a transport strike in Athens that could affect our arrival in Santorini. She helped us with all our transfers and also gave us tips on places to visit. The hotel is comfortable and beautiful. The location is great, a 15-minute walk from the Caldera viewpoint and with a market next door.

I really enjoyed my stay here -- the location is very convenient and the manager is really helpful and kind -- we arrived on a late flight and she left notes in the room with all the information we needed! The room was very cute and clean. I would absolutely stay here again, the value for the money was excellent!

The family room was super spacious. We were 2 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen is also great. Overall the location is nice and the staff was very nice. The car rental is very close and firostedaninis just 200m. Loved the stay there

Beautiful view of the ocean. The place was so comfortable and beautiful. Staff excellent. Just a 5 minute walk to Fira or 5 minute walk to Firostefani. Would stay here again. The bed also very comfortable.

Yesthe view was spectacular & restaurants & shops were close by within easy walking distance
