周りには、お寿司屋さん、1ドルショップ、anytime fitness 、リカーショップなど、とりあえずの物は揃っています。お寿司屋さんで夕飯を頂きましたが、おうどんが美味しかったです。 サーバーも日本の方ですごく感じが良かったです！安心して頂けました^_^

it was amazing staying there. Very quiet.

Easy parking and very close to shops and stores. Rooms are a little noisy and we could hear people in the hallways until 3am. Manager and other staff are efficient and friendly. Recently redecorated, some unfinished details like caulking and such but overall a nice job.

The room was tired, dim light, lousy view, and uncomfortable sitting chair.

Staff were courteous and polite, the room was clean like a 4-star hotel.

The room was renovated but i can see it was not to a good level. Missed drilled holes on counters, sloppy drywall patching. Staff was very friendly and accommodating

No TV - had issues getting heat in the room - the tap in the shower was not working properly. Sporadic water flow - stream then full flow then dripping. Not sure what that was all about. They are renovating the third floor so I can see some issues as an over spill however we were not advised upon booking. I booked 2 rooms for Christmas night for my elderly father and brother and his wife that flew in for Christmas so I was pretty mad that they had to experience these issues. The reason I booked this hotel was location to my sister’s house - the rooms looked clean and the hotel looked nice. I would have booked farther away and paid more for a better experience. The only thing that brought the rating level up to a 2 was the friendly staff (Jason in particular who made the reservation follow-up experience very smooth)

My plane was delayed and they wouldn’t refund me

Stained sheets , dirty walls that haven't been wiped for awhile, leaking taps. Do not feel the safest as there was no swingbar lock. (internal lock) Not much info on the amenities offered. But has a nice view.

Was not able to access the hot tub

The service was good at check-in and checkout. Give us an upgrade for a decent price. The handle came off in the bathtub and they provided us with a discount for the inconvenience. Room was clean. We did not make use of the hot tub or the bar, but is connected to a mall so where there are many amenities around. Good location.

It’s a dump. They need to do a pretty massive overhaul to make this place match what it costs to stay here. The only good thing about my stay is that the morning shift guy who checked me out, refunded part of my bill when I notified him that the people staying next to me spent all night and the early morning hours, fighting… LOUDLY.

old rooms, bath tub drain was blocked, shower handle was loose and coming off

it was right on the sea to sky highway and easy access to road to whistler or vancouver

They were really helpful, they gave us the right instructions and it was a great experience during our stay.
