部屋がオシャレで綺麗です。MOLTONのソープ等、使用されている物も好印象でした。

大変快適でした。滞在中にあるといいなと思うものが全て揃っていました。 ホテルは中心の通りから一本入ったクラブが立ち並ぶ通り沿いにありますが、建物内はとても静かです。私の部屋は中庭に面していました。部屋はカーペットで、ミニキッチンが付いていて、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、コーヒーマシン、食器、グラスなどが揃っており、設備の良さにとても感激しました。できるだけ活用したいとスーパーで食材を買ってきて部屋で朝晩食事をしていたくらいです。 コンセントの穴もたくさんありました。 チェックインのときに手書きのメッセージカードをくださったのも嬉しかったです。 またぜひ利用させていただきます。

食器も揃い、電子レンジもあるので スーパーで買って簡単な調理が出来て 良かったです トイレットペーパーの予備が欲しかったです

Lime street駅からは少し遠く感じましたが、部屋は掃除されていました。

The location of this hotel is near the several restaurants and the waterfront area.It is very convenient.In addition, the clark was so friendly and kind when I took a taxi twice. The room is also clean and useful.So I think very good hotel.Next time I want to stay here.Thank you.

The hotel is in a converted Victorian warehouse and nicely positioned about 10 minutes from the docks, cathedrals and station. It’s in an area with lots of pubs and places to eat but still quiet. The room was great, air conditioned, clean and well equipped. In addition to the normal kettle, there was a Nespresso machine, small sink and a microwave, together with a small selection of cutlery and plates, making it easy to have breakfast and light snacks. Very civilised. The bathroom was very clean with a good large shower. Staff were helpful and friendly without being over-bearing. A really good choice for a short break to see Liverpool, especially travelling by train (I don’t know whether parking is convenient or reasonably priced).

We have stayed here quite a few times and find the range of rooms and prices comprehensive, the hotel spotless and the staff top drawer. The hotel is very centrally located for shopping, bars and restaurants. The free Happy Hour at 5pm is unique to hotels we have visited and is the cherry on the top of an excellent stay. Definitely return.

We had an amazing stay at the Resident, staff very friendly, the room was immaculate, A/C very nice, all amenities, suitcase stand, iron/board coffee pod machine, extra blankets/pillows, everything needed for a great stay, Thankyou ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Superb hotel in the perfect location , nightlife and shopping all on your doorstep, and no noise despite being so close, room has everything you need small kitchen , iron , hairdryer, can't recommend highly enough

The staff were kind. The air-conditioning in my room did not work. They transferred me to another room where the air-conditioning did work. Hotel had no restaurant or even a snack bar. I found it more of a room to sleep in than anything else although it looks really nice it's tastefully done. There was a lobby sitting area, but generally speaking there was no drink or food to be offered.

when we checked into the hotel, we were invited to a social gathering between 6-7pm for complimentary drinks and snacks which i thought was a great idea to show the guests your appreciation for staying......the stay itself was amazing as well, love the staff, so helpful and the accommodations were perfect.....it was an all around great stay at the Resident Liverpool.....
