何かの問題で写真がアップロードできないのが残念ですが、とてもステキなホテルでした。 特に人が素晴らしかったです。レセプションのアレッサンドロは施設を一緒に歩いて回って説明してくれたり、外出から帰ってくると必ずコミュニケーションしてくれて、おもてなしとはこうあるべきだと感銘しました。 食事、特にドルチェはたまらなく美味しいです。絶対に召し上がるべきです。ビーチサイドのカフェレストランでも、質の良い食事が素晴らしい景観の中でいただけます。カメリエーレたちもとても親切で丁寧かつフレンドリーに接してくれます。 ビーチはポルトでは貴重ですが、プライベートビーチもあり、デッキからお城もよく見えて最高の環境です。庭には心地よい風を感じるガゼボや見るだけでも気持ち良いハンモックなど、リラックスするのに十分な環境です。もちろん、イスキアですから、プールは温泉水です。内風呂、ではなくインドアプールというべきですね、夕方以降のお楽しみに、お勧めです。 ヴィアローマのウインドーショッピングは夕食後の楽しみですが、ポルトまで夕涼み兼ねてのそぞろ歩きもロケーションがベスト！ とにかく、時を忘れてリラックスできました。いつもはカプリ島に遠出したりするのですが、このホテルからは一歩も出たくありませんでした。 また次も伺います！

One of the best hotels I have stayed at, true 5 star hotel. Staff is phenomenal!

The hotel and property are one of the finest we have ever visited. The sea views from our room and the outdoor terrace were spectacular. The staff is exceptional in every way. Breakfast was great every morning, and we had a terrific dinner there one evening. It is easy walking distance to the port, with a ton of shopping along the way, and in the other direction to the castle.

We had been wanting to come to the Excelsior Belvedere for many years. We were finally able to get there and our expectations were exceeded. The photos do not do the Hotel justice. It is a European style hotel, five stars all the way. The private beach has all the services and is completely free of beach vendors. It was our anniversary and we were given a beautiful and delicious cake. The staff was responsive from the time we made the reservation until the time we left. I have no critique except to say that this and all hotels should get rid of the little plastic soap and shampoo bottles. Great location that is walkable to restaurants and shopping. A winner!

Excelsior Belvedere was an amazing place to stay! We would definitely go back again. Beautiful, clean, comfortable, very nice amenities, and excellent service. Even the staff working around the grounds was friendly and helpful, from the hosts that show you around the hotel and gardens to those working to keep the grounds clean and functional, like Michele, who made sure we had umbrella shade and great pool side service. What a relaxing and peaceful place. Also conveniently located to shopping/restaurant areas, the port, and even a little puppet theatre on the way to the port. Magical stay!

We had a lovely time staying here at the end of our trip to Italy! The staff is extremely attentive, friendly and welcoming. This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at while abroad! Ischia is beautiful and this property has access to a private beach as well. It’s also very close to port which is walkable from the hotel. The pools are amazing as well!

If I could give 12 stars I would. Incredible service and the most beautiful property. Food is outstanding

Excellent hotel - one of the best 5 star hotels that we have ever stayed at. Beautiful garden, staff excellent, lovely Italian style room w/ to die for view. Close to town, but a quiet oasis. Our warmest and best recommendations. We will be back.

Classically beautiful hotel with gorgeous gardens, pool area, and beach with bistro. Service was fantastic and it was the perfect place to stay while relaxing on and exploring Ischia.

We had our honeymoon at the Excelsior Belvedere in May 2022 and had the BEST time. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. Everything was perfect from booking to check out. Without question, the best staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. Every single person went above & beyond to make our stay enjoyable. All had perfect English & were friendly and knowledgeable. Brilliant location. On a very nice, quiet street, just a stones throw from the main local strip of restaurants & shops. It felt very secluded, peaceful, and exclusive. Really nice & quiet at night. The hotel & our room were both spacious and spotlessly clean. It's an historic building with lots of charm and interest. We could've spent our whole trip just relaxing in the hotel & been happy! Daily turndown service was appreciated with chocolates and water. The pool & spa areas are what holidays are made for. Easy access to the private beach too. Breakfast was very civilised & excellent quality. Beautiful service and lots of fresh food. Freshly squeezed orange juice. All served on the balcony overlooking the pool. We shall return one day and would recommend to all - the perfect hotel. Truly 5 star.

Beautiful hotel, lovely gardens and private beach club part of the hotel and immediately adjacent. Lovely room, five star service but discrete. Fabulous staff and management. Good bar area and terraces including pool restaurant and beach restaurant. Excellent breakfast. Close to restaurants at both ends of town. Drinks all reasonably priced. This is a quiet stylish low key jewel.
