レンタカーで到着が大変遅くなりました。 英会話は出来ないので電話も行いませんでしたが、 気持ちよく迎えてくれました。 スタッフの息子さんが日本で仕事をしているとの事で 特に良かったのかも知れません。

Great location

Dirty floors, no broom and smaller than the picture we saw on Wotif site. Bit late to cancel once you're inside property.

The property was great, with everything you need, even your own laundry. It was quiet and a very short walk to best beach in WA, in my opinion. Sunsets are just amazing.

Close to the beach

I liked beach didnt. Like double bed in lounge

Stayed 2 nights - The cabin (202) was ok but wasn’t clean at all, lots of cobwebs in the main lounge area, several dirty pots in the cupboards. They gave little satchels for washing up( but no scissors to open with - would be better if they just used a bottle of washing up liquid. The only thing that seemed to have been cleaned was the shower area that stunk of bleach. No wall plug in the bedroom, so not ideal and why leave a fan in there when it can’t be used - also no air con which made the room warm. Was in a great spot to get to the beach.

Great location and we loved the actual park itself and it's beautiful green spaces but cabin could really do with an update particularly when the kitchen window doesn't open and the blinds don't block the light well due to the gaps. At peak time can be abit noisy with the permanent residents but overall a great stay.

James is very accommodating and welcoming in assisting us. The family had a wonderful time staying here. The beach is very calm in the morning our kids had a great time snorkeling… We will definitely come back. perfect for family

Wonderful stay, clean cabin, perfect location.

Near the beach

Right on the beach which is very lovely. Area under the bed was thick with dust. Water temperature in the shower was terrible, goes from icy cold to burning hot within seconds during a shower. The sink tap is not fitted with the right size and splashes out of the sink. Be prepared to get wet when you do dishes.

We checked in late due to travel times, but Wayne was lovely and helped us check in without any issues

I had a great experience with the staff there. After initially getting a room which did not match the room description on hotels.com, the staff went out of their way to accommodate my needs and they upgraded me to a bigger cabin which had what I needed and more. They even had to upgrade/change rooms for at least three other people in order to move me into another cabin because they were fully booked. The initial error seems to be on the end of hotels.com and not Discovery Parks, so I'm grateful that they resolved the issue for me despite this - and without extra costs. Thank you! Furthermore, the place is located right at the beach! Cleaning could have been a bit better, especially the floors, but otherwise I had a great stay and recommend this place for an affordable stay at the beach.
