日本とは全く文化が違うので、イギリスを知っていた自分としては部屋や設備の質、またサービスの品質などは良い方だと思いました。シャワーのお湯が途中で止まるなど想定していたことはなく（笑）、インスタントコーヒーやティーバッグなども多めに置かれていました。スーツケースを持っていた自分としては、２階の部屋に上がるのに階段が少しだけ大変でした。それから、１階がパブですので自分が泊まった土曜日は夜１１時頃まで客の声と大音量のクラブミュージックが響いていました。それ以降はぱったり静かになるような街でした。朝食も、シリアル・ジュースなどはセルフサービス、コーヒーか紅茶は選べて、メニューの中からオムレツやスクランブルエッグ、英国式ブレックファストなどを作っていただけるのも満足。けっこう若い人たちが回していたので、日本のホテルなどのサービスを期待するとちょっと残念に思うかもしれません。泊まった時点では、土曜日曜は朝食の時間が遅めの９時～１０時、平日はもうすこし早かったと思います。

Really great stay the rooms were beautiful decorated and had lovely additional touches like a dab radio, gorgeous body and hand wash, tea and coffee facilities with biscuits. The staff were friendly we arrived early and they were able to let us check in early, free parking and a fabulous cooked to order breakfast included.

Staff are always extremely helpful and help make the stay enjoyable. Room is basic but has everything you need. Breakfast is great and they also cater for the dog too!

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel, the rooms were only ever so slightly worn but soo comfy and cosy. A real home from home vibe. Homemade cookies were delicious 😋 I would recommend more tea bags though as a tea drinker 😉 The staff were really friendly and accommodating. We could not fault anything. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and will look forward to returning one day ☺️

All of the staff were brilliant during my stay - really lovely and helpful. Bed was very comfortable and the room was a nice space to stay.

Yes but the emptying of the bottle bins at 5.30am was not appreciated

Exceeded all expectations - was a great find. Rooms were done really well, really friendly, helpful staff, great breakfast options (included), and although we didn’t spend too much time in the bar, it was a decent pub. Ubers into town no problem, and onsite parking. Would return / definitely recommend

Starr very friendly. Checked in online so only had to pay & get key. Room comfortable & clean. Great big shower. Food excellent & a good price. Would definitely stay again.

Great food friendly staff but the down part I had a 10 day stay with a room with no wardrobe or dresser for my clothes so had to live out a suitcase for the stay not so good

Great place to stay, nice rooms, pub and restaurant as well. Close to Bournemouth train station and other public transportation.
