日本とは全く文化が違うので、イギリスを知っていた自分としては部屋や設備の質、またサービスの品質などは良い方だと思いました。シャワーのお湯が途中で止まるなど想定していたことはなく（笑）、インスタントコーヒーやティーバッグなども多めに置かれていました。スーツケースを持っていた自分としては、２階の部屋に上がるのに階段が少しだけ大変でした。それから、１階がパブですので自分が泊まった土曜日は夜１１時頃まで客の声と大音量のクラブミュージックが響いていました。それ以降はぱったり静かになるような街でした。朝食も、シリアル・ジュースなどはセルフサービス、コーヒーか紅茶は選べて、メニューの中からオムレツやスクランブルエッグ、英国式ブレックファストなどを作っていただけるのも満足。けっこう若い人たちが回していたので、日本のホテルなどのサービスを期待するとちょっと残念に思うかもしれません。泊まった時点では、土曜日曜は朝食の時間が遅めの９時～１０時、平日はもうすこし早かったと思います。

Exceeded all expectations - was a great find. Rooms were done really well, really friendly, helpful staff, great breakfast options (included), and although we didn’t spend too much time in the bar, it was a decent pub. Ubers into town no problem, and onsite parking. Would return / definitely recommend

Starr very friendly. Checked in online so only had to pay & get key. Room comfortable & clean. Great big shower. Food excellent & a good price. Would definitely stay again.

Great food friendly staff but the down part I had a 10 day stay with a room with no wardrobe or dresser for my clothes so had to live out a suitcase for the stay not so good

Great place to stay, nice rooms, pub and restaurant as well. Close to Bournemouth train station and other public transportation.

Was made to feel very welcome by the manager and all the staff. Very friendly and accommodating!

The young girl who served breakfast was friendly and welcoming and exceptional in her role . The food was excellent. Issues with the TV and internet were sorted promptly. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Easy parking, Staff helpful, bedroom windows filthy, toilet seat broken, asked for 2 drinks, neither were available, no cereal option for breakfast and toast was grilled on one side only. Not a great experience overall
