スタッフの質が高いし、清潔

クールマイユールを代表する五つ星ホテル。ホテル前の庭が広く、部屋の天井も高く、レストランも豪華である。しかし、少し古くなっている。

プール周辺の芝生でのんびりできました。

イタリアでも屈指な高級リゾート、クールマイユールの最高級ホテルですが、スタッフの親切が光りました。おいしいお店を予約してくれたり、時刻表などもよく調べてくれました。新しくなったモンブランロープウエイで、氷河を眺め楽しい休日でした。160年の歴史を感じさせる雰囲気がよかったです。併設のレストランも感じがよかったです。お部屋は、5階の素晴らしい眺めで、それもよかったです。

We stayed for one night while we were doing Tour du Mont Blanc. They gave us a free upgrade, and also offered to do quick layndry in a few hours after i asked. Location was great as well, easy to access many shops, restaurants, and transpirtation.

The staff were lovely, but it’s a fair way from a 5 star in my opinion. My room had a ceiling and wall falling apart and poorly fixed. The spa is nice but again, tiles falling off etc. the decor is very old fashioned. It was also frustrating to not be able to get a slightly later checkout. I could’ve paid £140 to stay another 8 hours, or nothing at all. It’s also £25 for a cocktail, which seems excessive. Also, I’m sure they gave me a disabled room - the toilet was super high and there were rails everywhere. The shower flooded no matter what I did too. Just needs some love!

The hotel, whilst it looks fine from the entrance, is tired and in need of significant investment. The location is fantastic. Best part. We had a superior room with a fabulous direct view of Monte Bianco. Bathroom is old, dirty pointing around the bath, fittings at least 20 years old, broken dirty fan, etc. And they don’t make the beds properly-no duvet cover-just a duvet sandwiched between two sheets which turns into a twisted mess by morning. Breakfast was ordinary-lots of pastries, limited fruit. Fried eggs we ordered turned up looking as if they had been cooked on a dirty barbecue pan and the bacon was inedible. We left both. Front and rear gardens could be lovely, but are poorly maintained. No one bothers to move furniture to mow the grass which is growing wild. Sun loungers in the back are old and broken. The spa is similarly poorly maintained and in need of complete closure and renovation. All in all a pretty disappointing experience for us in the so called “best hotel in Courmayeur”. When I spoke to the manager he became extremely defensive and didn’t seem to accept there was any problem. He asked me to speak to the housekeeping manager about the beds as he “didn’t know how to make a bed”. I refused and told him that was his job. Quite incredible. We live in Asia. This hotel wouldn’t last a week there.

This hotel located in the best part of the town. Exceptional restaurant. Staff is very friendly and went above and beyond for our small request. Definitely recommend this hotel

This FORMERLY grand hotel has not been kept up; many lights out and delaminating cheap flooring in the lobbies, awkward design from the '80's, spa facilities in a dingy basement remodeled decades ago. Must i say more? Oh yeah, they still charge top top dollar (just paid an average of over $400 nightly for five nights). The front desk staff is very good (especially Pamela). Housekeeping and bellman are disengaged and tired. Ugh! Really not worth your time or money as you will be disappointed.

Great staff, nice rooms, excellent food and drinks

We stayed for 1 night in September 2019 and this hotel was beautiful, in stunning natural surroundings. The log cabin style bar is very cozy, and the hotel is in the middle of the shopping and restaurant district. We enjoyed the free parking and slept so well in the comfortable King bed.

The Grand Hotel Royal e Golf was wonderful. Staff was pleasant, welcoming, and helpful. The spa facilities were awesome after a few days on the TMB. I had a massage that completely rejuvenated my legs for the rest of my hike. The location was great located centrally with many shops and restaurants to visit. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

La vue offerte sur le Mont Blanc est imprenable. Le parc et sa piscine contribuent énormément à un très bon séjour placé sous le signe de la détente.
