I stayed in a classic room for 5 nights. The room was large and comfortable. Everyday the room was cleaned and the bed was made very neatly. Kind receptionists helped finding places to visit and making appointment for vehicles and shows.

Hotel and staff were fantastic. Only reason I wouldn’t give a 5 star is the noise. Our room was right above the dining area and it was quite noisy. Other than that, the location was perfect and hotel was great.

Staff was wonderful, super friendly and helpful. Room clean and spacious, good breakfast. Lots of restaurants nearby and very walkable area. Metro is about 15min walk. Only little thing is that the street we faced with our room can be a bit noisy when trucks or loud cars drive by.

Fabulous and charming boutique in the middle of the big city. I loved everything about this hotel and staff was very kind and top notch. Get the room with the jacuzzi and terrace....very special

La posizione a Palermo è ideale: si trova in un quartiere vivace e pieno di locali, perfetto per godersi la vita notturna. Un plauso speciale al personale, sempre disponibile e accogliente. Consigliatissimo!

The staff was absolutely outstanding!! The check in was easy, they allowed me to store my bags and then they gave me an early check in, and put my bags in my room!! They gave me suggestions for several different things and were so kind and helpful. Muchas gracias

Hotel Boutique ótimo, bem decorado,todas as pessoas atenciosas da recepção ao café da manhã. No centro de Palermo Hollywood cada vez melhor para ficar em Buenos Aires com ótimos restaurantes, bares, cafés e lojas próximas. Quarto grande e confortável com o único se não de ser de frente para a rua onde se tem um pouco de barulho .para dar privacidade a varanda é fechada o que deixa o quarto um pouco mais escuro, melhor optar por quartos virados para a piscina
