部屋が酷い。

テレビがなく、設備も少し古かったです。

エアコンは暖房しか使えず、最初は少し寒く感じたが、オイルヒーターと毛布で問題なく過ごせた。

1人で2泊しました。カテドラルから直ぐ、トラムT1から5分かからないので、どこに行くのもアクセス良し。空港バス最終便1本前でトラムに乗り換え深夜着でしたがカテドラル前は人も結構歩いていて安心でした。水は1€で0階の自販機で買えます。驚くべきはお掃除の完璧さでした。カーテン、シャワーカーテン等洗いたて完璧で、もちろんシーツも真っ白。感激しました。スタッフも感じよく紹介されたフラメンコは素晴らしく、TV東京が撮影に来ていました。

Although the room was old and not so tidy, location was so nice. Center of the city and easy to access to restaurants and bars. Receptionists were also really kind.

古い建物を改築したようで、部屋の壁が可愛らしいタイルでした。フロントがパティオになっており、アンダルシアらしい可愛らしいつくり。部屋のインテリアも可愛かったが、窓がなく、照明が弱いため、薄暗く暗い気分になる。（テレビもない。）全体的に古いため、部屋の施錠解錠が困難。カテドラルから1分もかからないため立地は最高だが、次は泊まらない。

古い建物ですがロケーションは抜群です。

カテドラルまで歩いて数分なので、観光には便利な立地です。周辺は飲食店も多く、夜までにぎやかで街歩きを楽しむことができます。プラサ・デ・アルマス・バスターミナルまでも2キロほどで、歩いて行けました。 建物は古い印象ですが、パティオが素敵です。タイルなどの内装も趣があり、清掃もしっかりされていました。リーズナブルに滞在したい方にはおすすめです。

着いた当日は16時過ぎにかかわらず、道路の温度表示は42℃。暑すぎ！これでは、 部屋のクーラをフル回転しても全く涼しくならず。。。（クーラーも古いけど）。 でも、リッチは最高でしたし、フロントの女性も非常に対応よく、1泊でしたが 快適でした。

カテドラルの直ぐ近くのロケーションが非常に良く、英語が通じ、ホテルの中庭の雰囲気やベランダからの雑踏の景色も良かった。夜遅くまで周辺のバルも楽しめ、ここはシルバーには大変お勧め。

ホテルはカテドラルのすぐ一分ほどで、どこに行くにも 便利でした。セビリアはすべて徒歩で、多少疲れましたが、 満足のいく素晴らしい古都です。 カテドラル前のカフェも雰囲気があり、朝食も楽しみました。

立地は良く、観光も食事にも便利な場所にあります。部屋も清潔なのですが、今回たまたまか？部屋が階段の奥？何だか納戸の様な場所にありました。部屋の中は普通のツインルームで建物自体は古いのですが、掃除も行き届いて清潔だったのですが・・・ちょっと、びっくりしました。

Perfect location just a block from the cathedral with plenty of good restaurants steps away. Staying here is like immersing yourself in the past. Room was large with comfortable beds and updated, large bathroom. Breakfast is basic but fine. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Beautiful old Residence restored as a hotel in the heart of Seville. Very kind staff and a decent breakfast. No complaints at all.

Ein originelles spanisches Haus in einer TOP-Lage in der Altsstadt an der Kathedrale. Leider war unser Zimmer im Erdgeschoss und man kann jeden Schritt, Stimmen und sonstige Geräusche auf der Straße, wie morgens die Kehrmaschinen oder Nachts die Besucher der gegenüberliegenden Bodega hören. Der Fernseher war kaputt. Sehr nettes Personal und ein tolles Frühstück!!!!!!!

Terrible but inexpensive

What we liked: 1. The location is excellent - very central and within easy walking distance (5–10 minutes) of most major attractions in Sevilla, which made sightseeing incredibly convenient. 2. Despite being in a busy area and during the Easter processions, the room was surprisingly well soundproofed, allowing for a comfortable stay. 3. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. What could be improved: 1. We were traveling as a family (2 adults and a 5-year-old) and had already included our child in the booking and pre-paid. However, upon arrival, we were asked to pay an additional €40 per night for an extra bed for the child. This was not clearly communicated during the booking process and came as an unpleasant surprise. 2. The breakfast, while included, was quite basic. The seating area and chairs also felt worn out and could use an upgrade. 3. Due to its central location in a pedestrian-heavy area, the hotel is not easily accessible by car or Uber (expected given this is in a historic center area). Heads-up, that you will likely need to be dropped off a short distance away and walk with your luggage. Do not recommend renting a car if you plan to stay here.
