Clean room. Everything lacking

Staff were great, old hotel but the room was clean and bed was cozy. Lots of space. It was in a great location.

Needs updating and a better cleaning crew, bedding was stained

Mall close. Fast food across thevrd. DO not order the pizza from menu in toom. God awful lol

We arrived at some absolutely rediculous hour of the night/morning due to a significant snow storm. We had an appointment to make for 9am. When we arrived I used the intercom and had to wake the front desk staff but they were very nice and understanding about it. I think we got 3 hours of sleep before having to check back out which again I had to use the intercom and have someone come to the front to return my deposit and check out and again they were super nice about it and didn't give me any hard time about the deposit. Simple, quick, and friendly even if half asleep. Cleanliness was higher than expected and the room was a decent size and the bed was comfy. Parking was available right at our room door.

The driveway in front of the rooms is full of potholes. The roomkey has to be wiggled alot for the lock to open. Reception bately speaks English. But room and bathroom were clean. It's ok if you just need a bed for the night.

The breakfast room was closed at 8:30 am The night before the staff said make sure you come for breakfast.

The room was very dirty and smelt of cigarettes. Many things were broken, including the bathroom door, so it couldn't be closed.

The floor was saturated with an unknown liquid- making my feet dirty and so gross. I laid towels down so i could even get in bed without having to step on it. kinda

Room was very clean, and the staff was amazing. Great place to stay if your in Belleville. Thanks I'll definitely be back.

Unable to open door to room. Cigarette smoke in hallway. Phone in room not connected. I guess you get what you pay for.

Parking was fine. Whole hotel reeked of smoke even tho they had a No Smoking by-law sign in lobby. Asked for a no-smoking room...still reeked. Could not open door with key. Once inside the medioat FDcre room, the heater didnt work. The girl was very friendly tho. Eventually she gave us a new room which looked like it had been recently all re-done. MUCH nicer, cleaner room with no smoke smell. However, NO cell reception and could not dial 0 from any room to reach front desk as they were down. (Security risk) FD staff in morning were unconcerned with that saying it was not a by-law requirement. Oh, and there were no extra blankets when requested, although thankfully, the room was comfortable.

Room disgusting. Stains everywhere, burn holes, noisy Bathroom fan. Window curtain falling off. I’m getting a Refund in the morning
