ホテルの雰囲気は可愛いです。 敷地が広く部屋からフロントまで歩く場合があります。 お部屋によるのかもしれませんがシンプルですこし狭かったです。

Amazing

We had a great stay at PPP! Super relaxing, great service, food, and location. We took a morning yoga class as well, which was very pleasant. All the staff were super kind and made our stay feel really special. We had a jungle casita with a rooftop pool. The rooftop pool was a great decision, I was in it every morning and night while we were there. We were nested slightly in the jungle, a perfect distance away from the beach. The water pressure in the open shower was so perfect. It is hard to describe how great the water pressure was. There is not a coffee maker in the room full disclosure. It didn’t matter during my trip because I wanted a cappuccino every morning anyway. I enjoyed the short jungle stroll to the on-site café before my morning splash. I really loved this trip, it was wonderful and I would easily book this room again.

Mi estancia en Papaya Playa Project fue simplemente espectacular. Desde la llegada se percibe un ambiente único, lleno de detalles que mezclan naturaleza, arte y diseño contemporáneo. La habitación estaba impecable, con una decoración auténtica que refleja el espíritu bohemio y sofisticado del lugar. El evento de Jan Blomqvist fue el complemento perfecto: música vibrante, decoración innovadora y un entorno que logra generar una experiencia eléctrica, renovada y fresca. La iluminación, las instalaciones y la vibra general del espacio hicieron que todo se sintiera mágico. Las amenidades también son un punto fuerte: la alberca privada con vista al mar, los espacios al aire libre y las áreas comunes están pensadas para relajarse y desconectarse del mundo. El personal fue atento en todo momento, logrando que la experiencia fluyera con comodidad y buen servicio. En conclusión, es un lugar que recomiendo ampliamente tanto para descansar como para disfrutar de experiencias únicas. Papaya Playa Project combina lujo, naturaleza y arte en un mismo espacio, logrando que cada momento sea memorable.

We had an incredible stay at Papaya Playa! All of the staff were friendly and helpful and accessible whenever we needed anything or had any questions and provided a lot of good recommendations to us. It was easy to be able to chat via WhatsApp’s with the front desk for questions and to arrange whatever we needed. The hotel was able to arrange scooter and bike rentals and the hotel is right at the start of the hotel zone so Tulum Road was very accessible. Our casita was beautiful and clean and well maintained and we loved having our own private pool with ocean views. The party on Saturday was one of our favorite things we got to experience and it was nice having it be so accessible. The restaurant had amazing food and we looked forward to having breakfast every day! The included breakfast had several good options to choose from and the food was always so fresh and delicious. The only downside was the seaweed season and not being able to thoroughly enjoy the beach, which was happening at most hotels and areas along the hotel zone and you could tell the hotel still tried to make the most of it not being as appealing. We definitely want to come back to Papaya during the busier season when the water is clear and we can thoroughly enjoy the beach club amenities. Overall was a great stay and enjoyable experience, would definitely recommend this hotel to make your time in Tulum unforgettable.

Had an incident on the check out day, and the hotel staff didnt even try to reach out to make a statement or explanation. Worst than that, they ignored all of our messages and contacts. Too bad, because that turned our stay a terrible Mess! Would never recomend or come back. It is not sorry all the money that we spent!.

Property is beautiful and the rooms are unique and special. Great service from the team across the campus. Convenient location for north part of Tulum.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. We’ve been loyal guests for years, spent absurd amounts of money, and were improperly charged for a “late check out fee” despite being at desk at requested time, and they refused to provide explanation nor any receipt/documentation. High turnover rate with staff (everyone friendly has left) and we will never come back. Most unprofessional customer service and check-out experience. Still owed thousands in refunds for “up-charges” and no one there will do anything. Safe location but all other features that made PPP great in the past are now a distant memory. Will consider legal recourse.

Best place to stay to attend Full Moon Party. Entrance for the guests is complimentary. The beach is beautiful. The courtyard is dreamy.

Otel çok güzel sadece kahvaltı seçeneğimiz fazla yoktu bi tost birde meyve tabağı ve çay verdiler diğer her şey ekstra yediğimiz kahvaltı için ekstra ücret normal kahvaltı fiyatından daha pahalıydı

Pesadilla Playa Project. Un lugar totalmente sobrevalorado. No limpian la alberca privada, el restaurante es una absoluta estafa en la que dos cervezas y un par de hamburguesas te terminan saliendo en mas de 125 dólares. El Beach Club ya no tiene nada de ambiente. Los camastros se ven viejos y sucios. Ni siquiera tienen la delicadeza de revisar si los frascos de jabón y shampoo tienen producto. Muy mala experiencia en un hotel cien por ciento diseñado para estar a los turistas. Tan acostumbrados están a que los huéspedes se vayan antes de tiempo que ni siquiera les sorprendió que hiciéramos checkout antes de tiempo. Es más, ni siquiera nos preguntaron las razones de nuestra partida, lo mínimo que uno esperaría de un hotel con ese tipo de costo.

Didn’t change the towels and clean the rooms, even when we asked. Food and drinks cost you an arm and a leg! Like 16 CAD for a bottle of water and 36 CAD for a shot of regular tequila. Our room that we booked was not available! They “did us a favour” and put 6 of us in a 3-room “villa” and charged us 200 USD extra! The “lobby” is an open air area and super hot and humid. In general I found Tulum as an unreasonably expensive and reap off place! Guys think it’s Ibiza or something. And you have to be very careful, they just charge for every single stupid thing. And many times double and triple if you don’t notice.
