Room is freshly renovated and clean.

It was fine for what I needed

Great front desk service.

The smoke detector had not been checked and needed a battery. It beeped all night because I was too tired to find the number and call the desk.

The coffee was excellent, the waffles as well, the dining area neat and clean. The staff are nice and helpful. The area is good with lot of options for dining and shopping.

Roaches, do i need to say more. In our room and in breakfast area. WIFI was broken with no idea when it was getting fixed.

Need to be remodeled

Very clean And safe. The entrance was a bit hard to find.

It was very quiet, it is recommended

Hotel advertised lower fee for my pet then would not honor that fee. No Television nor Wifi service. Generally a real dump of a hotel. Not a typiy Super 8

Roaches

This property does not have any thing that is listed. No hot tub, no suites, no smoking rooms. However staff was friendly

Wi-fi not working. Said pet friendly when I booked the room. Get there and she informed me that yes it’s pet friendly but there is a $20.00 extra charge for my dog! Probably the last stay at Super 8. Said I couldn’t get a refund and go somewhere else so stayed, but not again!

Cockroaches everywhere in room. Gap under the door.

NOTHING TO BRAG ABOUT

No door knob on bathroom door. Front window had a huge crack in it. We stayed 6 hours and left. terrible experience.

When I arrived at the property they had given away the room that I reserved. The lady at the desk told me to call Expedia and they would refund my money since my room was not available. I have reached out to Expedia twice to have them reach out to the property but magically they never answer when Expedia calls but they answer every time I call so I still have not received my money back.

When we got there we were informed that the wi-fi was not working. We get our room and the tv didn’t work. The staff was not friendly and couldn’t understand what they were saying.

I rejected the room - because the Desk Clerk told us at the last moment that there was no Internet service available - despite their ads stating the rooms came with free wifi internet service.
