スタッフは英語が話せ親切です。朝食もよかったです。地下鉄の駅もそばにあるし、スーパーやcafeもあり過ごしやすかったです。国際会議場までも歩いて１０分程度。また泊まりたいです。

こじんまりしていますが、家族経営でとても温かいホテル。毎朝ホテルのママが作ってくれるカプチーノが最高！

レイトチェックアウトも快く対応して頂いた。 空港までのタクシー手配も、すぐに手配してくれて助かった。

メトロから近いという点で選びました。1週間以上の長期滞在でしたので、近くにレストランやスーパーもあり便利。 家族経営の様なアットホーム感がところどころに見え、おばあちゃんが毎朝カフェラテにハートマークを描いて出してくれるところにほっこりしました。オムレツが美味しかったです。

近くにスーパーがあり、両側になんちゃってではありますが、日本食の店があり、地下鉄駅のすぐそばで、非常に利便性が高い。受け付けは大変愛想のいい人ばかりで、ファミリーな感じ。部屋のコスパは高くないが、よいホテル。

The receptionist helped us to get tickets for a SerieA match Inter vs. Spal. He also teache us how to approach the stadium.

Correct. Clean room and bathroom. But we were on the ground floor and it’s quite noisy, you here anything going on in the corridor or people going to the reception.

Room was cold, adjusting temperature seemed tricky. Breakfast was basic. Service was good

The room was tiny, no room to maneuver in, you had to navigate around the toilet to get in and out the shower, no cups or glasses within the room to make tea, only paper cups that they don't replace. Breakfast is chaos, the poor staff are run ragged, so you are constantly having to ask for items to be replenished, you don't get asked if you would like tea or coffee, again you have to ask. We asked for milk for the room so we could make ourselves tea, and when we came to check out they "waived" the bar tab for us, so initially they would have charged for the milk, also the bar is not a bar but some seating in reception and a couple of spirts and non inviting.

Stanza, personale, colazione, tutto ottimo. Anche la vicinanza al metro M1 (Amendola) a 150 m e alla linea M5 (10 minuti a piedi, nel centro commerciale Citylife) per andare a San Siro sono elementi da sottolineare.

Chambre propre, confortable. Le personnel est aimable et aux petits soins.

Hotel maravilhoso, Perto da linha do metro.... Só alegria!!

The rooms are outdated for the price to be honest. The breakfast was decent. The staff were nice.

Small hotel with friendly vibe. Close to metro and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Quiet. Comfy beds first class service from the youngsters in the front desk.

Mijn kamer lag aan de voorkant bij een zeer drukke weg. Dus heel veel lawaai van het voorbijgaande verkeer. De kamer was netjes, zeer vriendelijk personeel en het ontbijt was top en ligt super dicht bij de metro

Très bel hôtel, nous avons été bien accueilli à Milan. La chambre est propre, nettoyer chaque jour, salle de bain un peu petite mais il y en a assez pour se laver. Petit déjeuner simple et efficace. Très bon séjour
