エレヴェーターが無いため3Fの部屋までのトランクの移送が大変。それ以外は快適で、駐車場もあり問題なし。

全体的にとても清潔感があり、落ち着いたインテリアでくつろげました。 洗面所の排水詰まりが唯一気になったところです。

特にこれといった不満は無いが、値段が強気。 前泊に使った成田のビジホと同じような施設で、値段が２倍。ただ、スタッフの感じは良かった。

駅からは徒歩10分程度で駐車場、レストランも完備されているとても便利なホテルです。駅前には大きなスーパーもあります。今回、両親と子供たち2人と4人部屋＋2人部屋で1泊しました。2人部屋はバスタブもありとても綺麗でした。4人部屋はバスタブはありませんでしたが、とても綺麗で、とても広いキッチンや洗濯機、食洗器もあったので長期滞在も可能に思えました。朝食はレストランでいただきましたが、とても美味しかったです。

レストランが美味しくてリーズナブル。バーも充実している。部屋は静かでゆったりしている。ハイランド地方の拠点になります。ー

ホテルの建物が新しいので、清潔感などは申し分ない。また、併設されているレストランの食事もおいしく、朝食も満足のいくものだった。ただ、チェックイン前にフロントに荷物を預けて観光に出かけたのだが、観光を終えてチェックインに戻って来たとき、預けた荷物がフロントに置きっぱなしになっていたのでびっくりした。幸い盗難には遭わなかったが、少し信頼性を疑ってしまった。

Ir was an Ok property. Very clean but fixing some doors and rooms.

Although part of the hotel was being refurbished it didn't affect our stay. The room was ideal for our short stay, the breakfasts were very good with no delays on being served and the staff were very helpful at all times. Definitely use the Nevis Bank again when we travel to the West of Scotland.

My favourite hotel in Fort William - modern, comfortable and immaculately clean! Food is excellent!

Parking was a problem. Property was in the middle of construction.
