部屋でWiFi が使えないのが不便でしたが、シャワーの温度や水量も十分で、景色もよく、朝食も美味しくいただき、滝を見に歩きに行ったり、プールやジャグジーでリラックスしたり、できて、楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。

The restaurant, pools and grounds were lovely, and the staff was amazing! A wonderful place to stay for our last couple days before flying out. The breakfast was great and very accommodating for kids.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel felt like paradise. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and so well maintained, the views were breathtaking, and every meal we had was delicious. The staff made the entire experience even better with their kindness and hospitality. Waking up each morning to such an amazing view was something we’ll never forget. We truly loved every minute of our stay and can’t wait to come back!

The hotel was nice enough and we enjoyed walking the trails to the waterfall. However, I would NOT recommend this hotel, particularly the Villa Prima Mountain View suite. We were kept awake by multiple dogs barking nearby for several hours and spoke to the front desk about the problem twice before being given a different room to sleep in. There were no fans available in the room for white noise and despite the windows being closed, we could hear sounds from outside very loudly. This was a big disruption to our stay as we were just there for one night before our flight out of San Jose. Staff were apologetic but not proactive. We were also charged $72 for three margaritas at dinner, $10/drink for the margarita mix plus $14/drink for Don Julio tequila.

This is such a special place! Great staff, amazing location, superb architecture. They are tidying up the rooms and they look great. Same classic style and colors. The waterfall paths are in great shape again. Nothing like it in San Jose... The only thing they need is better power near the beds. Travellers have a lot of electrical devices these days....

Excellent boutique resort with intentional service. They helped to make the experience just what I needed even reserving all the transportation and excursions. I was a guest for several days, enjoyed exceptional spa treatments, dinner, hiking the grounds, beautiful views, and complimentary events when not out exploring Costa Rica. Staff amazing! Carla goes above and beyond to communicate and help guests be welcomed. Perfect place to stay.

We were unfortunately only there for one night but the property and the staff were delightful and even brought us boxed breakfasts at 3 AM before an early flight out. The property is remarkable with several pools, trails, and views. Worth the price of admission for that alone, but the staff knows what they are doing.

It’s a nice place to start or end your trip. Easy to get to the airport. The property has nice trails you can walk and a swimming pool with views of the valley. A few areas for improvement: the rooms are looking a bit dated, we had dirty/stained towel and pillows which was quite off-putting. The rooms are noisy as there is no air conditioning so instead the room has windows for air flow. This works fine for cooling but it does mean you can hear the planes very loudly.

The breakfast was fantastic. There is hiking on site. The staff is top-notch. The property is amazing. The rooms are open your mind to a higher life. But the surrounding neighborhood is terrible! Bars on the windows

We arrived the hotel at night thru a dark winding road only to realize the hotel had no power. The rooms are pitch black. We had to use our phones to . The water ran cold soon after my wife took a shower. Also we booked a king room and was given a two queens. The hotel offered no explanation. The rooms have no ac and are noisy during windy weather and the location is right under the flight path of San Jose air traffic. It’s very loud when the jets pass by. This is the worst hotel we stayed during our trip.

Room was clean but in need of some refreshing Getting old and needs some updating. 1 bathroom sink did not drain properly (missing the drain lever).

I highly recommend staying here. Beautiful views and the trails were amazing. Karla made our experience so much more enjoyable! I can’t wait to come back to visit again.
