総合評価とレビュー Altis Prime Hotel de Apartamentos

前の道が石畳のせいで夜中でも通過音がうるさかったです。また、お部屋にゆすりかのような虫がいました。総じて良いホテルではありました。

部屋は清潔にされており良かったのですが、２泊目にトイレットペーパーの予備が用意されていなかったので、フロントに電話して持って来て頂きました。

地下鉄は近いがホテルまでの坂がきつい。また、バスタブ付きはスイートのみなので注意。シャワーが突如水になってしまうも対応無し。夜間の女性スタッフの一名にやる気が全く見られない人がいた。

地下鉄の駅も近いし、繁華街にも歩いていける距離で良い立地でしたが、りベルダ－デ大通りからホテルまでの坂がきつい！

Vraiment super hotel grand et bien organiser pour les enfants

No faltó ningún detalle. En la cocina menaje completo en cocina y de alta calidad, una cafetera Nespresso e incluso con su estropajo y jabón para fregar. Nevera pequeña pero para nosotros sufriente. Camas muy cómodas con diferentes tipos de almohadas Baño completo con WC independiente toallas y albornoz. Limpieza habitación impoluta. El personal muy amable y profesional. Com certeza voltaremos a ficar. Muito obrigado.

Great hotel in downtown Lisbon. The reception staff were very friendly. Orlando at check-in made it easy, and at check-out, the gentleman who helped us get a taxi at 7am local time on the 12th of July was very helpful, helped with bags and spoke to the taxi on the phone and in person. Breakfast was generous and good. The entire family enjoyed it. We got a spacious room over 65 square meters in size. Fridge was good to have, same for microwave, toaster and silverware. All in all, my family and I enjoyed the stay, at a hotel that felt clean and safe, yet accessible from a good location near Principe Real

Loved everything about our stay!!! Room was perfect and beds so comfortable! For being in Europe the room was spacious and super comfortable for our family of 4! The breakfast was amazing !!! And the staff so friendly and helpful Will be staying here once again when we return To Lisboa !!! Thank you so much for an Unforgettable stay.

Acomodação maravilhosa, levando em conta que são apartamentos, entao tem muito espaço. Alem da limpeza, o que nos encantou foram os funcionarios do hotel. Queridos e simpaticos. Fica pertinho da estação de metro RATO. Enfim, andamos de transporte público pra todo lado. Foi ótimo!

I stayed here with a group of friends/families and we enjoyed everything about the hotel. It was a great stay from start to finish. Excellent location and very friendly and helpful staff as well.

estadia excelente bem localizado tudo novo equipe muito educada e solicita. limpeza ótima o único ponto fraco foi o café da manhã, sem muita variedade porém o preço é ótimo. custo benefício pode valer a pena

Loved our stay here as a family of 3 . Amazing spacious room. Good blackout curtains and AC. Close to everything though it's in top of a hill. Never used the rooftop terrace or the restaurant but it was in a good location. Would definitely return. Just be aware that the bathroom are very inaccessible. If you have a small child or an elderly parent it's a real struggle. We managed in the end but I imagine others may not. If I had a baby for example I would need a separate baby bath There is a great playground for kids just a 10 min walk away x

Generally walkable to various happening parts of town though not in the middle of the action. Staff pretty nice and helpful. Minus points include no in house laundry facility though this is more of an apartment style hotel. If you have a very sensitive nose like me, some of the smells may slightly bother you. But maybe that's the case in most places like this.

The hotel is very well located. The different rooms were clean, and well furnished. The shower head leaked and during the night there were odours coming from the pipes, which made the first night less than pleasant. However after informing the reception the next morning, everything was sorted out and there were no further issues of this kind, the person I spoke with was probably the manager and they handle the situation with care. The housekeeping staff do an excellent job and pay attention to detail. And overall the staff is friendly. There’s no fitness in the building but you can have access to the one in the Grand Altis for 15€ per day which also gives you access to the spa. It would have been nice to have a shelf in the shower to store your own shower products and the hotel should add a thermometer in their first-aid kit in case a guest has a high fever in the middle of the night.

Ja ficamos outras vezes e a Limpeza e acomodação sempre em perfeitas condições. Com uma caminhada de 20 minutos chega-se ao Chiado e Praça do Comercio. Desta vez nos surpreenderam com doces pois comentei no checkin que era nosso aniversario de 25 anos de casamento com Sr Orlando que foi atento e muito gentil.

The stay was amazing! The reception crew was super supportive, knowledgeable, and spoke English very well. The hotel is super modern, great location and very convenient for visiting Lisbon.

Room was fine, tired but fine. No shampoo or conditioner, one bottle water provided on the first of 3 nights for 3. Hotel offered to do a cupcake or something with a candle for my daughter’s birthday and then backed out due to our celebration of her day was a few days early from her actual birthday. Seriously! When I asked gentleman at front desk he was extremely rude and unsympathetic to the hotel offering this on the first place.
