全体的には清潔感もあり良かったです。シャワーが弱かったり、洗面台の水が流れにくいところが気になりました。

The check-in process was terrible. Even though it was an automatic check-in, we didn't receive an email with the room number or password, and we couldn't even enter the building. We ended up calling and emailing the person in charge and finally got into the room. I saw three other guests like me that day. The rooms at this hotel were clean.

The room is large and very clean. Large smart TV. Toilet and shower area is very small. Easy to park, close to restaurants and cafes.

We had an overnight stay and was perfect location near shops and the riverside.

Very old room doesn't look like in the pictures. Not very hygienic.

Clean room

I was impressed with how clean the room and bathroom was. Room neat and comfortable. Walking distance to the river and restaurants. Easy check in (received a code for our door and got in easily). Easy to park. Suited our overnight well. Improvements: We had no hand towel or flannel. Remote didn’t work so we couldn’t watch TV - it needed new batteries.

If you dont want to climb 3 flights of stairs with your luggage.... stay elsewhere. NO LIFTS. On arrival at 2pm we requested to be put on lower level due to our health and age but was declined even though most guests hadnt arrived by then.

Close handy location from airport & cruise terminal. Reasonable clean. Wasn't keen with the toilet & shower behind the same door. No lift. But would there as an overnight
