Clean and nice stuffs

清潔感のある部屋でした。

友人を訪問するために一人で宿泊しました。 ホテル内は快適です。朝食ブッフェも美味しいし働いてる方々も皆さんとても感じが良いです。 電化製品のプラグは日本のものがそのまま使え便利でした。もちろん電圧は違うので携帯電話やパソコンなど電圧が変わっても大丈夫なもの限定で使ってください。 割と大きなショッピングモールまで歩いていけますが、エリアから外に出ると歩道がない道路（交通量多い）があり、その後の歩道のある道路でも物乞いや路上生活者（それほど寄って来ませんが）がいるので歩くのに躊躇します。 ホテルセキュリティは万全です。宿泊者でも毎回セキュリティーチェックを受けなければならないのがちょっと面倒ですが... ホテル内には売店はないので（軽食を購入できる場所はありますが）必要な物は出かけたけた際に前もって購入したほうが良いと思います。 朝食ブッフェも美味しいです。インド料理（焼きたてドーサを食べられます）、洋食（もちろん、卵料理やフレンチトーストも焼いてくれます）、中華料理（チャーハンなど）がありました。 近くにポケスポットあります。

We booked an apartment, booking shows good for 4 people. When showed up, one to had no bed. We were informed to use the king bed for 3 people and sofa for 4th person. We were charged 2000Rs per extra 2 beds. We had airport pickup included, which we were charged for as our flights were delayed. We were informed that we are party of 4 with 5 large bags. They send 2 small cars and charged for both. Extra bed and airport pickup charges were dropped upon talking to the manager. It's an hassle, seems like you've to negotiate your way into this property. Overall good property, location and excellent dinning options. Staff can be trained little better.

Excellent hotel. We missed our flight and had to stay another night but we thought it was actually better than staying at other hotel. We stayed Hyatt Gurugaon

We had a great time - an awesome family get together. The rooms were great and so was the breakfast and dinner buffet Thanks to the Hyatt team

The residences are large units suitable for long stays. Having kitchen and laundry in the unit made it very convenient. Staff was very helpful in arranging airport drop off and pharmacy delivery.

Restaurant service is slow and a lot of the staff while being polite are inexprienced. Health faucet on the wrong side so difficult to use. But can be fixed by using flexible cord instead of the existing rigid one All cutlery in restaurant should be from the same family. I found knives were large and heavy, tablespoons were almost like soup spoons and the forks were short in length and lightweight. That's sloppy for a 5 star hotel

피닉스시티 마켓이 근처에 있어 식사 해결이 용이하고 공항과 가까운 장점이 있다. 이번 숙박에서는 침대에서 스프링 소리가 나서 좀 거슬렸다.

The staff are polite and attentive. Buffets are good both for breakfast and lunch. Gym is also well maintained

Staff were very friendly and great stay for a family of four with two small children. Apartment stay was comfortable and facilities were good for a family. Breakfast buffet had good selection of Indian food and also a western section. Chai tea in the morning and afternoon were good as well.

It was Gud … nothing extraordinary..
