客室は清潔で、従業員の対応も良く食事も美味しい。湯船もあり、お風呂に入れるのが嬉しい。良いホテルですq

フロントスタッフ、レストランのスタッフ、送迎ドライバーともにフレンドリーかつ丁寧でとても満足。

従業員の方のホスピタリティや対応が非常に良かったです。レストランについても2か所ですが、いずれも美味しかったですし、接待でも十分使えると感じます。個人的には朝食のビュッフェがよかったです。

喫煙所は一階入口横と、一階ロビーの外テラス。

ホテルでハイヤー手配出来たのが良かった。シャワーの温度が安定せず、むちゃくちゃ熱いお湯と水が15秒毎に変わり大変でした。

まだ新しいホテルということもあり、部屋がとても綺麗でした！ インドにいることを忘れるくらいに(笑) 大きいバスタブがついているので、ゆっくり長時間のフライトの疲れをとることができました。 朝食はビュッフェスタイルで想像以上に品数が多く、美味しくいただくことができました。 空港からもそんなに遠くないし、セキュリティーもしっかりしていてオススメのホテルです！

まず立地が悪い。周りはなにもない。宿泊時は工事が行われていて，ウルサかった。部屋も日本のビジネスホテル以下である。しかしインドの事情を思えば，快適な部屋と言えるだろう。これらの欠点を食事がカバーしている。おいしい。ビュッフェは日本食もある（表記が間違っているが）。食事評価の基準は，朝食にチーズがあるかだが，ここはブルーチーズ（ブルーデコースだが）もあり，満足であった。

Booked and paid for a twin bed room and got something else

Clean rooms, onsite check-in was smooth and fast. Staff unable to advise if Sauna and Steam facilities were free or a fee needed to be paid. Evening Buffet had a good selection of local cuisine, unfortunately the breakfast was cold. I had sausage bacon and been and toast, when it was brought to the attention of staff, the provided hot beans in a small bowl, by which time the rest had gone cold. In the end i just had coffee and toast, this was at he start fo the breakfast buffet times (0630)

Overall, I had a positive stay. While the hotel may not be as top-notch as some of the major chains, it functions well. Despite the room high rates, it’s clear that some cost-saving measures are in place, for example, the juice served at breakfast was watered down and definitely not freshly made. The rooms are moderately sized rather than spacious, but housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything clean and tidy.

The staff was very warm and welcoming and accomodated our requests. Breakfast was top notch. Akib served us and really appreciate the service.

Very nice experience From housekeeping to food to service to spa all were fantastic.

We requested a room with 2 beds and got a room with only one bed which was a disaster. A request was made to check the reservation and provide the room as per the booking. The reservation clerk did not follow up on the request. Instead we were asked if he could charge extra for incidental charges. The room was much smaller too and not as per the reservation made. We got only one room key at the check in counter which was an inconvenience. The room key also provided access to the elevators and even when one of us had to use the lobby or the dining area, we both had to get out of the room.As we had only one key it could either provide power to the room or can be used to access the elevators. We will never stay here again.
