ホテルは大通り沿い、駐車場は、ホテルの前ですが、ホテル専用ではなく出店が出る時などは、停められないことがあります．部屋は清潔で広く、中庭付きで、そこでお茶など楽しめます。

口コミ評価が比較的良かったので、今回こちらのホテルに予約したのです。 レストランの接客の女性と、フロントの男性の接客はフレンドリーで良かったのですが、ホテル到着時フロントは不在。 やっと現れた若い女性の対応は酷く、予約した事を後悔！ ただ数時間後チェックインの対応をして頂いた、フロントの男性の対応が良かったので、感じが悪いのは彼女だけなのだろうと思っていたら、チェックアウト時のフロントの初老の女性は、チェックインの時の数倍感じが悪く、朝の挨拶をしても無視！ 返金不可で予約をし、支払い済みにも関わらず再度宿泊の請求。 支払い済みを伝えると、不機嫌そうに予約内容を再確認し私の名前に✖️をして不機嫌に"ok"。 チェックインイン時に預けた荷物を返却して貰う際も、英語が下手で上手く伝わらなかった事に、おもむろに嫌な顔をして溜息。 その事を詫びるも無視‼︎ レストランの女性、そしてフロントの男性や他スタッフの方の素敵な対応でとても良い旅行で終われるはずが、とても嫌な思いでホテルを去る事になりました。 そして、モートンインマーシュでの思い出も、悪い思い出で終わってしまいとても残念でした。

バスタブに湯垢が残ったままだった

朝食含む料理が非常に素晴らしかった為、夕食も利用することが多かった。 駅、バス停ともに利便性が良く、スタッフも感じが良い。 施設は可愛らしい印象でバスルームは非常に清潔感があった。また近くに行く際は利用したいと思う。

古い建造物でありながら部屋はリノベーションされており快適な滞在が出来た。また、フロントを始めレストランなどもアットホームな雰囲気があり旅の疲れを癒すことができた。

とても素敵なホテルでした 車で回ったのですが、どこに行くにしても 最高の場所 そしてロケーションも最高でした 買い物も近くにスーパーがあります ホテル内は中庭も可愛くて大きなソファが置いてました お部屋もすごく可愛くて連泊したくなるような気持ちになりました ただお風呂のカーテンがないので周りがビシャビシャになってしまうのが残念でした

料金、快適度合、部屋の雰囲気など全て最高でした。 少しクラシックな雰囲気が最高でした。 またお菓子や飲み物も用意してもらえました。さらにシャワーだけじゃなくお風呂つきで、シャンプー、バスジェルなども良いものが揃っていました。 朝食は一品をその場でオーダーして作ってもらえ、とても美味しかったです。 ぜひまた泊まりに来たいと思えるホテルです！

朝食もたっぷりで美味しい。夜のパブも地元の人たちで賑わっていて楽しい。

昔の旅籠のような建物だけと中はきれいに作り変えてある。天井が低く, 床も歩くときしむ音がするが、これも歴史を感じられていいと思う。

Cute hotel with a very friendly staff, good food in the restaurant, and a walkable location from Morton-on-Marsh train station.

We had an upgraded room at the back of the hotel. Very large and comfortable. Extra details made our stay perfect. The staff were helpful at all times.

It’s an old building. They have it working and looking good. Food was excellent. Bar also. The older rooms are a little tight. We would definitely go back. Staff was very accommodating and helpful.

Safe area. Close to train station.

lovely historic hotel with great staff. It would have been ideal, had we not been there on a hot day in July. We understand that air conditioning is unlikely in an older hotel. But why the curtains in our west-facing room were left open to superheat it, and the fur coverlet and heavy duvet left on remain mysterious. opening the windows and turning on the fans took many hours to make the space tolerable.

Veldig koselig og sentralt hotell. Meget bra frokost. Rommet var fint og sengen komfortabel. Airconditionet bråket en del, men jeg hadde heldigvis ørepropper. Hotellet hadde en hyggelig bakgård med sitteplasser hvor man kunne bestille mat og drikke.

What an amazing find. A marvellous stay with a stunning room lovely staff, all so cheerful and welcoming. Lovely outside seating areas especially as the weather was stunning. Great location too. Would 100% recommend.

Wonderful location. Staff very attentive and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious and enjoyed all meals and the great service.

Lovely hotel in the middle of town. Public parking across the street. The rooms are spacious. Bathrooms are modern. The breakfast was delicious and ample to start your day. We booked dinner reservations and it was one of our best meals in England.
