最高でした！古き良き施設で、オイルヒーターの暖かなぬくもり、廊下の軋みまでが心地良いと感じる素敵なホテル！親切なスタッフ、施設、今までで一番好きなホテルになりました。私達が住むところからは遠くて伺うのは大変ですが、また再訪したいです。

ここの朝食は普通のイングリッシュブレックファーストではなくメニューの中から好きな物が注文できるので大満足でした。2階の音はよく聞こえましたが、部屋がとても手入れされていて使いやすかったです。

ホテルは大通り沿い、駐車場は、ホテルの前ですが、ホテル専用ではなく出店が出る時などは、停められないことがあります．部屋は清潔で広く、中庭付きで、そこでお茶など楽しめます。

口コミ評価が比較的良かったので、今回こちらのホテルに予約したのです。 レストランの接客の女性と、フロントの男性の接客はフレンドリーで良かったのですが、ホテル到着時フロントは不在。 やっと現れた若い女性の対応は酷く、予約した事を後悔！ ただ数時間後チェックインの対応をして頂いた、フロントの男性の対応が良かったので、感じが悪いのは彼女だけなのだろうと思っていたら、チェックアウト時のフロントの初老の女性は、チェックインの時の数倍感じが悪く、朝の挨拶をしても無視！ 返金不可で予約をし、支払い済みにも関わらず再度宿泊の請求。 支払い済みを伝えると、不機嫌そうに予約内容を再確認し私の名前に✖️をして不機嫌に"ok"。 チェックインイン時に預けた荷物を返却して貰う際も、英語が下手で上手く伝わらなかった事に、おもむろに嫌な顔をして溜息。 その事を詫びるも無視‼︎ レストランの女性、そしてフロントの男性や他スタッフの方の素敵な対応でとても良い旅行で終われるはずが、とても嫌な思いでホテルを去る事になりました。 そして、モートンインマーシュでの思い出も、悪い思い出で終わってしまいとても残念でした。

バスタブに湯垢が残ったままだった

朝食含む料理が非常に素晴らしかった為、夕食も利用することが多かった。 駅、バス停ともに利便性が良く、スタッフも感じが良い。 施設は可愛らしい印象でバスルームは非常に清潔感があった。また近くに行く際は利用したいと思う。

古い建造物でありながら部屋はリノベーションされており快適な滞在が出来た。また、フロントを始めレストランなどもアットホームな雰囲気があり旅の疲れを癒すことができた。

とても素敵なホテルでした 車で回ったのですが、どこに行くにしても 最高の場所 そしてロケーションも最高でした 買い物も近くにスーパーがあります ホテル内は中庭も可愛くて大きなソファが置いてました お部屋もすごく可愛くて連泊したくなるような気持ちになりました ただお風呂のカーテンがないので周りがビシャビシャになってしまうのが残念でした

料金、快適度合、部屋の雰囲気など全て最高でした。 少しクラシックな雰囲気が最高でした。 またお菓子や飲み物も用意してもらえました。さらにシャワーだけじゃなくお風呂つきで、シャンプー、バスジェルなども良いものが揃っていました。 朝食は一品をその場でオーダーして作ってもらえ、とても美味しかったです。 ぜひまた泊まりに来たいと思えるホテルです！

昔の旅籠のような建物だけと中はきれいに作り変えてある。天井が低く, 床も歩くときしむ音がするが、これも歴史を感じられていいと思う。

Virkelig fin og hyggelig kro/ hotel. Skønt stort værelse med kæmpe seng og badekar, så lækkert. Vi havde blandt andet valgt hotellet, fordi der stod der var vaskefacilitet på stedet, da vi spurgte om det, virkede de meget forvirret fordi de ikke har det, så det er nok en information der skal rettes til. Vi spiste i restauranten samt fik morgenmad, det var fint, ikke det bedste eller værste mad vi har fået. Personalet var søde og imødekommende. Generelt et skønt sted, vi nok vil vælge igen, hvis vi kommer tilbage dertil. Eneste minus med vores værelse, var placeringen, som var lige ud til en brosten smøge, hvor de fik leveret vare osv. det larmede tidlig morgen.

Really nice historical property in primary location. Stayed in room 115 which may be the best room on the property. Large and historically decorated. King James spent several nights at the property when it was a simple coach house. Nice restaurant on site but recommend reservations at both hotel and restaurant at the same time, as the area is not that large and very popular. Within easy walking distance of the train station, grocery store and many local historical sites. Front desk was very helpful. Great town to use as an introduction the Cotswolds.

Beautiful property, in urgent need of maintenance and remodeling. Beds and mattresses are in very bad condition, carpets have had it. Only 5 AC equipped rooms. We got four of them and ACs were working on two of them.

Staff, service and food were excellent. Notable because this stay was during a heat wave.

Great location

Lovely, character-filled coaching inn. Room was clean with delightful toiletries and in-room coffee/tea options, and quiet. Bed was an utter delight. Really comfy. Included breakfast was good, and I also had a delicious dinner. Drinks could be enjoyed in the courtyard or bar. Quite lovely. The staff was great. Everyone was helpful and professional. There is no air-conditioning, but a fan was provided.

This inn is in the perfect location to explore the Cotswalds without a car. It's an easy walk from the train station. We took a few day trip tours while there and enjoyed the Tuesday market. We also took the train to Bath for the day. The inn itself has a great old pub and dining room and a lovely courtyard that all serve meals or just a drink. There is a nice early breakfast you can choose that is just served to the guests that are staying at the inn. Our room on the first floor had a lovely private garden with a table that allowed us to have coffee in our robes the morning. The staff is helpful and kind and the inn is well maintained. Would definitely stay there again!

We loved our time in Morton-in-Marsh. Hotel is quaint and picturesque, food is top notch! Ana at check in was extremely helpful!
