ホテルは設備、清潔さ、従業員のサービス、全て素晴らしい。パンプローナの街自体が小さいのでそれほど大変ではないが、ホテルのすぐ近くに商店やレストランが無いので、少し歩かなくてはならない。バスは頻繁に通っているが、ホテルから離れたところにしかバス停が無い。

サンフェルミン祭に参加するために利用しました。価格はかなり高いのですが、価格に見合うだけのサービスと品質は期待できます。部屋は最高に清潔で広く、快適です。地上階のプールも素晴らしく、このあたりで最上級のホテルであると言う噂も納得できます（地元の人が言うには、オサスナと対戦するために来るリーガの選手が宿泊するホテルなのだとか……メッシやロナウドが泊まるそうです）。スタッフも丁寧な対応で、かなり込み入った質問にも回答してくれました。 ただ、サンフェルミンに参加するために利用するには、少し遠いと思いました（真夏の徒歩で15分程度）。

The family rooms are enormous with so much space. Great for families. We went for San Fermin and 5 min cab ride or 25 min walk from the center.

The staff at the property were great but don’t bother to dine. Restaurant was short staffed with a poor menu and a complete waste of time

Everything was nice, very clean and comfortable.. The people were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed 2 nights for the running of the bulls. It was a little further out of town which was nice to not be directly in the riff raff. About a 30 minute walk into the downtown area. Great restaurant! Loved the room! Would stay again!

Excelente habitación para familia, personal amable y todo limpio, cama y almohadas muy cómodas. 10/10

Great modern looking hotel, clean, staff where good. It's a 30 minute walk to the city old town, but pleasant and an easy route. Under hotel parking is good

Located about thirty minutes walk from the centre of Pamplona. Modernist style, we were given a large room which felt truly relaxing and well in accord with the four star status. Free underground car park is another plus. The staff were universally friendly and helpful. A very nice on site restaurant that also offers breakfast, although we did not try it. Recommend.
