We checked in at Angkor Pearl Hotel and found so many mistakes, 1. The hotel couldn't let us check in on time at 2 p.m. without any reason and apologize The reception couldn't event approximate time to finish cleaning our rooms. We had to wait until 3 p.m. and found other mistakes. 2. As I sent the mail for our confirmation, I wrote this in email; "for Standard Twin Room + an extra bed ... $84.50" But finally, we got a twin room without an extra bed, the twin room that have no space for an extra bed. 3. The worst thing is the reception response, here are what he said to us; - "We have not enough maid". is that our fault? - "As we sent an email to you (customer) and never get an email back for confirm". ???!! - what did you call for my email? - "We are just a reception, we can't know for your request".!! so should we do booking the room with maid? - "we will give you an upgrade room" - but with cheaper price? from our booking $84.50 to an offering $82.50? - "My manager will give you the solution in tomorrow" - as we cant trust you today, how can we trust you tomorrow? etc. Unprofessional service.
