My room was clean. The mini-fridge in the room needs to be serviced; it barely kept anything inside cool. The front desk in the early morning was grumpy, rude, and argumentative, when asked for assistance. He was cursing in Spanish under his breath as he walked away. He just assumed I didn't understand. The young female during the day was very helpful and kind.

Le quitaría las luces blancas de las habitaciones, deberían ser más calidad, ya se sabe que las luces blancas son terribles para la salud.. (no más luz azul en las habitaciones por favor)

No puedo valorar ni la piscina ni si había mascotas ya que no fui con animales . El hotel un poco descuidado y poco reformado para 4 estrellas

El Alfonso IX es el lugar ideal para hospedarse al iniciar el Camino de Santiago. Sus habitaciones son amplias y cómodas y el servicio es excelente

Acidentalmente havia duas reservas em meu nome e o hotel me cobrou as duas. Claramente eu não faria duas reservas no mesmo lugar e na mesma data, demonstrando obviamente, que se tratava de um erro. Tive que pagar 2x
