総合評価とレビュー Regal Palms Resort

大変素晴らしいホテルです。 料理を作ることができます。毎日本当に快適でした。皆さんがとても親切にしてくださり、お掃除もきれいにして下さって本当に感謝しています。それにこちらがお願いしたことをすぐに答えてくださいます。例えば、お掃除に今すぐに来てくださいと言えば、大体10分から30分以内に来てくださいました。本当に最高のホテルだと思います。

このホテルの皆さんはとても親切です。信じられないほど親切でした。毎日の掃除は完璧で、皆フレンドリーです。ここに1ヵ月ほど滞在していますが、全く問題ありません。オークランドのホテルやロトルアのどのホテルよりもこのホテルが1番だと思いました。 他のロトルはのホテルに泊まりましたが、ここまできれいでもありません。 このホテルはお風呂の設備やトイレの設備がとてもきれいだったり、ラグジュアリー感はここが1番です。 また、小さな子供がいたのですが、小さな子供を遊ばせるようなスペースもあり、またくつろげるようなパティオ、座るスペースもあって非常に快適です。 長期滞在でしたが、きちんとベッドメイキングをしていただけ、さらに週に2回ほどはシーツを変えていただけてほんとに快適に過ごせました。 数回停電がありました。ですが、数時間後には復旧しています。 ドアに内側からかける鍵がありません。子供が勝手に開けてしまって 子供が外に飛び出してしまいそうです。 特筆する事は、それぐらいで、後はほんとにパーフェクトでした。ありがとうございます。これからも利用します。

スタッフの対応はよかったが、真夜中まで隣の客が騒いでおりうるさかった。

ロトルアなのでキッチン着きのコンドミニアムタイプがよく、ここはそれらがそろっていたので 家族で行くにはピッタリでした。 また、ロトルアに行くときは利用したいと思います

The room was excellent and the resort had many facilities.

Don’t let the name fool you — it’s a motel. It’s marketed well and the photos show rooms in excellent condition. In reality, our room was quite dated and pretty dirty. The carpeted floors at the edges were frayed and the bathroom shower had grime caked into the shower head and in the corners. I would not recommend it.

Located conveniently. Old but clean bathroom. Quiet room with comfortable beds and a private outside seating.

Stayed with my 9 yr old for 3 nights, loads on fun activities onsite and pool was awesome! Rooms were clean and spacious. All the staff were so friendly and helpful helping us chose things tondo as well. Close to places to eat and supermarkets. Highly recommend if you have young ones.

I have stayed here without kids and now stayed here with kids. It is excellent for both types of get away.

This is an excellent hotel. Clean and comfortable room. Helpful staff. Good location and good value.

Rooms are very spacious. Bathrooms have a hot tub with jets and surprisingly there’s a heated floor in the bathroom. there is also private patio. Rooms have a mini kitchen with a microwave and plates/cups. Grounds are very modest but clean. Definitely has more a mid range hotel look vs a resort look.

Hotel bien situé dans un secteur tranquille. Propre, grandes chambres. Piscine chauffée. Personnel accueillant. Un bon choix à Rotorua

Nice to have kitchenette and ability to use bikes.

Good hotel that has only one draw back - you need a car to get anywhere as it was too far to walk to the city centre. Clean and quiet with friendly staff and a good laundry facility.

The swimming pool and miniput were are big hit

Very nice although would benefit from an on site cafe and restaurant. Really enjoyed the mini golf and swimming pool
