周辺にホテルの少ないアッシジにおいて、快適な広さと清潔さを保つ近代的なホテル。サービスは普通だが宿泊客が少ないのが少し目についた。

The outside space was not cleaned regularly. The room was clean.

Breakfast buffet food was cold in a soulless room. Staff more interested in laying up for lunches. Woken 5am by rubbish collection outside our window. Spa want to charge you for towels so you have to take from your room. Disappointing hotel in a great location. Seem more geared to large groups

Room was dirty, there is little to no staff actually helping the guests. When we arrived nobody helped with the bags, at the bar the server was snacking instead of working and the breakfast was terrible. Overall horrible experience and wouldn’t recommend. Also we had problems with the air conditioning and with electricity.

Struttura piacevole e ottimo punto di appoggio per una visita ed una permanenza al centro di Assisi, la struttura è bella anche se un pò datata, da migliorare la colazione per la parte dei salati indirizzata verso una tipologia europea

Bell'Hotel per un fine settimana tranquillo ad Assisi. Ottima colazione e parcheggio gratuito. Lo staff era molto utile, ma l'affitto degli asciugamani per la piscina era troppo caro.

Very nice hotel convenient parking and close to public transport.

Tutto molto bene e tranquillo. Siamo stati indirizzati a questo hotel all'ultimo minuto perché la "Terrazza del Subasio", al momento del check in, ci ha detto che la camera non era più disponibile. Un'esperienza terribile, risolta dall' ottimo operatore del call center di Expedia che, in un'ora, ci ha trovato questa sistemazione. Comodissimo, a pochi minuti da Assisi, con una piscina interna coperta molto buona. Buona colazione, non eccezionale, letti comodi e Stanza molto ampia.

Good relaxing hotel with a nice and beautiful pool and beautiful, peaceful garden. They have nice massage services which you have to pay for but it is affordable I recommend it

Hotel needs some TLC. Everywhere was very dark. They still use the fluorescent type of lightbulbs instead of led. Room had a small window and lights were very dark. Corridor was dark too so had difficulty getting key into lock. Swimming pool was nice and warm but changing rooms had no lights at all. There was a little bit coming through a gap above the door. You need to bring your own towel or hire one from the spa one floor down. (€5) also you have to wear a swimming cap and bath slippers. We saw some others using shower caps which were provided in our room. Slippers too were provided in our room. Our safe did not work. They did try to open it but it was still closed when we left 3 days later. Restaurant needs to be booked and isn’t open until 19:30. The food was very good. They did not have any fruit juice. We asked but waiter said they didn’t do juice. Just wine, water coke and Fanta. Yet for breakfast they did provide juice. So they did have juice. Restaurant acoustics are bad. It gets very noisy. There is a free shuttle bus to Assisi city wall 4 times a day. And a bus stops outside the hotel roughly every 40min taking you to the centre of Assisi. The hotel sells tickets. (€1:30 per journey)

Es un muy lindo hotel, las habitaciones necesitan ya remodelación. Su ubicación es buena por la cercanía a Asís, pero en las noches cuando existen eventos religiosos, los taxis especulan en su servicio. El desayuno bastante completo y las áreas verdes de la terraza del hotel te invitan a relajarse.
