レストランのアドバイスをいただきましたが、最高でした。特にデザートのセンスには脱帽！ フレンドリーな対応と部屋からの眺めは市内にして良かったと思いました。

Good location

ホテルの雰囲気は格調高く、レストランも素敵です。広さもありバスタブも快適でした。ビーゴの二つの駅、丘の上の新駅ウルサイス、海岸沿いのギザーどちらにも便利なホテルです。 サンティアゴデコンポステーラからリスボンへの移動の中継地として立ち寄りましたがとても楽しく過ごせました。

Avis très décevant – à éviter C'était ma deuxième (et dernière) fois dans cet hôtel, et l'expérience a été encore pire que la première. On m’a attribué une chambre avec un bruit incessant de moteur ou de compresseur, impossible de dormir. J’ai signalé le problème à la réception, mais la réactivité a été catastrophique. On m’a finalement changé de chambre… pour une autre avec exactement le même problème. Aucun effort réel n’a été fait pour satisfaire le client. À ce niveau, c’est de la négligence. De plus, la propreté laisse franchement à désirer : de la poussière partout, comme si le ménage n’avait pas été fait depuis longtemps. C’est un hôtel vieillissant qui aurait bien besoin d’être rénové, autant sur le plan technique que sur le plan du service. Je déconseille fortement cet établissement.

Great place to stay

Convenient location and very friendly and courteous staff. Rooms have been updated. Main problem was the temperature control of the room - they had the system disconnected. We were given an inside room (terrible view) and it was very hot to sleep comfortably (25 C). We arrived late and too tired to ask for a room change. Lobby area is a bit dated.

Wonderful property! Definitely urban. Vigo has a lot of graffiti. That doesn’t concern me so much, it’s a lovely city, but not pristine. Hotel was excellent.

The night time front staff were excellent. The bar/restaurant was delicious and girls did a wonderful job, threated us like royalty. Paula. The girl that’s in the lobby to help with reservations, etc. was incredible. Took such good care of us I wanted her to home with us. Wonderful hotel, wonderful people, wonderful experience. Thank you

Like the location. Disliked the high costs for breakfast.
