○レセプションの方々がとても好印象。 △前日夜に、翌日早朝のタクシーを頼んだが、約束した時間の2分後にはタクシーがいなくなっていた。その後、すぐ次のタクシーを呼んでもらえなかったので、焦ってしまった。 ○シャワーの流れが悪かったので、伝えたら、すぐ直しにきてくれた。

ホテルというよりも、ウィークリーマンションをデザイナーズホテルに改装した様な感じ。従業員は、皆フレンドリーだった。料金は、ハイシーズンだった為判断が難しいが、ルームサービスはリーズナブル。キッチンが有る為、料理も可能。

海岸に近く、また、街に出るにも交通の便がよく便利。廊下からライオンズヘッドが間近に見え、海岸に出れば、テーブルマウンテンもよく見える。スタッフは親切で、朝食も毎日少しづつ変化があり美味しかった。部屋はキッチンが備わっており、食器、電子レンジ、湯沸かし器などもあり、過ごしやすい。

広々とした部屋に清潔感あふれる部屋がたいへん素敵でした。 朝も夜も、新鮮な食材と素材を生かしたおいしい調理。 申し分のない料理を堪能できました。 スタッフの適切で誠実な対応にも癒されました。

キッチンに調理器具が完備されているので、長期間滞在や自炊したい人向きかと。コンシェルジュさんにツアーの予約をおねがいしたら、快く受けてくれました。後、屋上からライオンヘッドはよく見えたけど、海はあまり見えなかったかなー。

Room was so cold but air con. Is not working. Room was clean but in the bed it wasnt so clean there were dust

Ótima localização. Equipe muito gentil. Café da manhã satisfatório e não havia mudança de cardápio. Restaurante do hotel bom também. Quarto bem amplo e muito confortável. Sentimos falta de mais tomadas.

The room size was great it really felt like home , the decor and bathroom size was amazing , the staff were fantastic and so helpful when looking for local dining opportunities . We loved our morning breakfast an sunset drink on the rooftop pool area , Lucia was fantastic :)

Clean and with really friendly staff. 3rd floor room was quiet. Breakfast was tasty. Nothing wrong with the hotel for a family stay for a couple of nights. My only issue was with the pool, the wood around it was old and it was easy to get splinters / there was lots of metal bits screwed into it that you could catch your foot on.

Highlight is the view feom the bar and pool deck. Staff were helpful. Felicia at breakfast is a very sweet lady. Apartment had a bad smell so they gave us a spray for the drains. We needed a plug cinverter and thay wasnpeovided promptly with no issues. Bathroom was poorly finished. There are not many plug sockets but the bedside lamps had alots foe charging cables. Ok stay for 2 days.

Rooms are big but old.

Excellent pool and restaurants. Very kid friendly without loosing the appeal for the grown ups.

This hotels location is amazing it’s one block to the promenade. The breakfast needs some help, staff never refilled any of the juices etc. and to be honest the staff were the most unfriendly I’ve encountered. The kids club is a nice touch if you have children. The upper desk has a beautiful view.

I stay two days, with no cold water. May work of the suite I stayed was badly done. Humidity in bathroom, with no ventilation. Falling apart tiles… Loud noise in the morning daily starts at 7:30… the manager at hotel offers no help nor flexibility to client needs. Very bad client service. It dose not deserve to have a star! Rooms are Non-refundable and no warning of on going construction mentioned at booking nor at check in. Only a paper found when enter the room which is toooo late already. I am adding the photo of wall in bathroom. Notice of construction and the managers name and phone no here. I am a frequent business traveler and this is definitely the very worst customer service I have ever felt with.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this Hotel. On the bright side - location was good, the room big and staff friendly. But the room especially the floor were not clean (even after I asked to clean the floor so our daughter can crawl there). There is no AC in the bedroom only living room. It was extremly loud. I don't know where the noise was coming from. All in all we did not enjoy our stay and definitely not for the price we paid.
