設備が新しく、備品も整っています。朝食もとても良い。 道を挟んで隣のレストランがお勧めです。逆に大通りにあるレストランではボッタクリにあいました。

レストランや土産物店などが立ち並ぶ繁華街から少し入ったところにあり、静かな環境です。地下鉄のセルディカ駅からも徒歩5分くらいで、鉄道の中央駅、バスターミナル、空港などへのアクセスにも便利です。観光スポットへはすべて徒歩で行けました。

目抜き通りの歩行者天国から少し裏道に入った場所にあるが、部屋はとても静か。 繁華街に近いので一日中買い物には便利で地下鉄の駅も徒歩圏内。

快適に過ごすことができました。朝食も豪華ではありませんが、十分に楽しむことができます。スタッフも親切で、スーパーの場所を教えてくれたりしてくれました。部屋の設備も新しく、4日間くつろげました。バスタブが無い点と、4日間の宿泊中の清掃にムラがあった点以外は最高でした。

ロケーションがとてもよく，どこに行くにも便利です． また朝食がとてもおいしかったです． 無料のミネラルウォーターを毎日追加して欲しかった． 長期宿泊したが，初日のみの提供でした．

ヴィトシャ大通りに近くトラム　ショッピング　にも便利。

The hotel location is near of the central area of Sofia. You can enjoy the central area of Sofia. In addition, their service was very good. I could not eat breakfast due to my flight schedule. So they gave me some sandwiches with salads.

新しくとても綺麗なホテルです。スタッフの対応も親切丁寧でとても良かったです。朝食バイキングも種類が豊富でした。

Great hotel in the center of Sofia.

In the heart of Sofia, short walk from Vitosha Blvd pedestrian zone. They have valley parking inside the building for extra 25euro.

No air conditioning and no wifi access

Spacious, quiet and cosy.

The hotel had a good location, breakfast was good. On our last night we were woken at around 11pm by someone trying to get into our room. He was drunk, we managed to get him into the lift and to reception who fined his group. I have written to the hotel manager who promised to deal with it, look into compensation and come back to me, but after 2 weeks I have heard nothing. This was a very frightening experience and if it was a lone person, very frightening. I would expect a hotel to look after it's guests, but obviously not this leaves a lot to be desired.

It was super centric hotel, the rooms were pretty and spacious. there's an amazing bulgarian restaurant next to the hotel called Moma, you should try it.

Hotel was in walking distance to all atractions. Clean, helpful staff and good breakfast. The only thing, breakfast area was crowded. I didn't like the shower, water didn't drain fast enough and started overflowing.

The hotel was perfect, staff are very friendly and location is perfect, close to the Main Street for restaurants and shops. Breakfast was great and definitely would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Sofia.

Camera molto spaziosa e pulita. Unico inconveniente, la macchina del caffè che non funzionava. L'hotel è a due passi dalla Vitosha Boulevard, la vivace via pedonale ricca di ristoranti, locali e negozi, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Serdica della metro da cui si raggiunge l'aeroporto e nel raggio di 20-25 minuti si trovano tutte le principali attrazioni della città. Il personale è molto cortese e disponibile. Struttura assolutamente consigliata

This was our third time staying at the Rosslyn Thracia, and we will probably stay somewhere else the next time. Overall, it's a decent value for the money, but it's time for the owners to put some money into upgrading the hotel. We stayed in one of the suites, and the bathtub leaked a little bit onto the bathroom floor. There was also some leakage or moisture underneath the carpet coming out of the bathroom. And, even though there was a no smoking policy, there were traces of smoke smells in the furniture and linens. The hotel also now charges 15 Euro per person daily for breakfast, and it used to be included in the rate. I will say that the hotel is located in a great location, and the staff was friendly by Bulgarian standards. Our room was very big; was surrounded by windows, and located on the top level with a very nice view of the rooftops of Sofia. It was a decent value, but it's time to make a few upgrades.

Im großen und Ganzen war das Hotel ok. Die Lage zur Innenstadt ist super. Unser Zimmer war ein behinderten gerechtes Zimmer,an sich kein Problem,das Bad stand jedoch nach jeder Dusche unter Wasser,auf Nachfrage haben wir mehrere Handtücher bekommen. Für einen Kurztrip ok. Das Frühstück war leider sehr eintönig. Das vorher so gut bewerte Frühstück kann ich nicht nachvollziehen.
