設備が新しく、備品も整っています。朝食もとても良い。 道を挟んで隣のレストランがお勧めです。逆に大通りにあるレストランではボッタクリにあいました。

レストランや土産物店などが立ち並ぶ繁華街から少し入ったところにあり、静かな環境です。地下鉄のセルディカ駅からも徒歩5分くらいで、鉄道の中央駅、バスターミナル、空港などへのアクセスにも便利です。観光スポットへはすべて徒歩で行けました。

目抜き通りの歩行者天国から少し裏道に入った場所にあるが、部屋はとても静か。 繁華街に近いので一日中買い物には便利で地下鉄の駅も徒歩圏内。

快適に過ごすことができました。朝食も豪華ではありませんが、十分に楽しむことができます。スタッフも親切で、スーパーの場所を教えてくれたりしてくれました。部屋の設備も新しく、4日間くつろげました。バスタブが無い点と、4日間の宿泊中の清掃にムラがあった点以外は最高でした。

ロケーションがとてもよく，どこに行くにも便利です． また朝食がとてもおいしかったです． 無料のミネラルウォーターを毎日追加して欲しかった． 長期宿泊したが，初日のみの提供でした．

ヴィトシャ大通りに近くトラム　ショッピング　にも便利。

The hotel location is near of the central area of Sofia. You can enjoy the central area of Sofia. In addition, their service was very good. I could not eat breakfast due to my flight schedule. So they gave me some sandwiches with salads.

新しくとても綺麗なホテルです。スタッフの対応も親切丁寧でとても良かったです。朝食バイキングも種類が豊富でした。

Amazing! Travelled with our 10 month old baby and would recommend to anyone staying in Sofia. Hotel was immaculate, staff were so friendly and welcoming. Hotel room was stunning and so spacious. We even had mini toiletries in the bathroom specifically for our baby and a cot was provided free of charge. 100% recommend.

I was generally very satisfied with this hotel in Sofya. The blonde lady at the reception (unfortunately I don’t remember her name) was extremely helpful and attentive from check-in to check-out. The room was very clean, and the location is very close to the city center and shopping areas. The only downside was the breakfast area being very narrow. When reaching for tea or coffee, there are many breakfast plates placed directly underneath that area. As guests lean over to get tea or coffee, I was genuinely concerned about hygiene, especially the possibility of hair or beard hair falling onto the food.

TV programs and signal, hot water flow (hot water starts running 10-15 min after turning the tap/shower, hence had to take rather cold showers), lights in the room weren't good enough to provide sufficient brightness during dark hours of the day.
