室内空間のデザインが工夫されている。しゅくはに必要なものが、コンパクトに配置されている。ロフト感覚の2階もワクワク感を演出。豪華さではなく機能性を重視するなら御薦め。部屋によって、長い廊下を辿って行かなくてはならないのが少しネックかもしれないが、学生寮のコンセプトが元にあるであろうから、それもまたおかし。

街中にあり、観光に便利でした。また、キッチン付きでしたので近所のスーパーで買い物をして食事を作ることができました。また、部屋も清潔で広かったです。 変圧器を貸していただきとても助かりました。他は、干渉されず気楽に過ごせました。

今回はじめてキッチンつきのアパートに滞在しました。１０日間の滞在でした。設備は全体的には良かったですが、インターネットがつながらない日やエレベーターが故障した日がありました。また、大学の学生寮が同じ建物なので、学生が受付やエレベーターで一緒なので、これが気になる方にはお勧めできません。買い物は近くにスーパーや１ポンドショップがたくさんあり、料理ができる方には便利です。町の中心地に行くのも歩いて行けますし、郊外のＢ＆Ｂに比べると高いように思えますが、時間の節約を考えるとお得かもしれません。受付は２４時間体制ですので何人かが交代です。親切な人とそうでない人の落差がありました。

一人旅には、もっったいない広さと設備に、びっくり！古い建物を綺麗にリニューアルしてあって、清潔感ある気持ち良い空間でした！

The room was very clean and it was close to walk to everything. Staff was very friendly, super easy check in process.

The stay was excellent, clean appartement, I found all what I needed. It's quite and close to city centre and train station.

We arrived early and could leave out luggage at the reception before checking in. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Everything is kind of small but that’s very typical for Edinburgh flats

Great stay! :) Me and my son came to Edinburgh for his 6th birthday, KM apartment staff welcomed us and left a birthday note alongside a chocolate bar for my sons birthday, all staff were very polite and approachable, 10 minute walk to the city centre, lovely stay :)

Fully provisioned kitchen separate from the sleeping area.comfortable and clean.

The room was spotless, nice and warm ,well equipped and in central of the city. Beware of parking as i all permit holders only. Would definatley go back.

Great area outside of the city which is great if you don’t want to be in the middle. The room was clean and overall will stay there again!

Room was fine and location good; however, there were cleanliness elements that needed attention. I did see a mouse in our room, which may point to this issue.

Everything was perfect

There was some loud noises at night. The room is ok.

You couldn't fault the apartment, super clean and breakfast was great value . Only issue was the door fob didn't work and staff where great in dealing with the issue and couldn't do enough for us nothing was to much for them .

Reception staff were very helpful on arrival with suggestions on sites. The room was very clean and modern. The bed is extremely comfortable but the mind your head sign could be helped with a bumper on the corner. The sign doesn't mean I'll remember when I wake up. Bathroom is a bit on the small side but very happy with how clean it was. This room was relatively quiet compared to other reviews. 2 fire alarms the first 2 days. Luckily, that was it. Occasional door slam. But otherwise, not bad. Complaints about it being a student housing building but it's a different floor so other than the elevator, there's no student noises. All in all, a good place to stay.
